- AmyI have been getting constant phone calls from this number too. It is so annoying as I too do not answer toll free or unknown numbers. However, I just wanted to mention to the previous posters - I used to work at a telemarketing company and it is federal law that solicitors can NOT call after 9pm. Whatever timezone you are in they can not call after 9pm your time. So if you receive a phone call after 9pm - report them to the Attorney General. The company can be fined.
- andyHave tried multiple times to get "Sears Protection Services" to stop calling my home. Final straw occurred on a Sunday at 8am, and the following 10 calls from this number. No one is ever on the other end of the call, you have to call back, wait for 15 mins then talk to a rep. They keep asking me about a lawn mower they claim I bought 3 months ago (it was actually 2 years ago) so whatever extended warranty they want to sell me is already useless.
go to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint and file a complaint with the federal government. it is the only way this company will learn to respect others.- Caller: Sears Protection Services
- C. MaldonadoSomeone calls 24/7. I want it stopped. I will not answer for fear of identity theft.
- TimI have been getting these calls continually also over the last couple of months. I finally answered one this evening and it was Sears wanting to sell an extension on a warranty on a WeedWhacker I bought 2 years ago. I told them to take my name off their call list and don't call me any more. Hope this works.
- Caller: Sears
- NormanThis call is from a telemarketer that Sears uses to sell extended warranties. They call more than 10 times per day, even early mornings or late evening on weekends. I told them many times to remove my number from their list and it did not work. I called Sears today at 1-800-549-4505 and at 1-800-349-4358. The person at this second number gave me two new numbers: 1-800-366-3125 and 1-800-948-8800. A person at the first number gave me another number to call: 1-866-349-4358. At this number was a lady, who told me that she will transfer me to th Sears Warranty Department. I will never ever buy anything at Sears...

- AnonymThats the fifth time I've been getting calls from this number in less than a week and I am on the national do not call list. But that won't mean a thing to them since I bought a lawn mower and a washer dryer from sears less than two years ago which forever put my name on their lists. The lawn mower is now so screwed up it's unrepairable (F.U.B.A.R) and that "brand new" washer dryer has already needed repairs. I will never buy any appliances, etc. from Sears again. They just sell junk and then have a**holes call you on the phone over and over again no matter how much people tell them to stop. Sears sucks!

- Shawn CrabtreeReceive calls from 800 927 2291 daily. I don't answer 800 calls. A message is never left. Sometime receive numerous call in the same day. I want this stopped.
- L.C.Get a whistle from any sport store or the stores that sale everything and then the next time you get the person calling on the phone then use the whistle on them. They tend to not enjoy this.
One time some guy was calling my phone many times so I spoke in a low tone and asked him to turn up the volume on his head set so he could hear me “ I told him I was sick “ and I then used my whistle and then hung up on him. The calls did stop after doing this about two times. The way I look at it is this. If someone needs to hide behind an 800 number or by masking their name and number then I don’t want or need to talk to them.
Buying a whistle may be one of the best investments you might make and maybe buying a some earplugs and learn how to put them in about three rings. Not hard to do, just pull the outer ear tip back and put the plug in.
“ I worked in a high noise area for over fifteen years one time “
And yes, I'm on the Do Not Call List- Caller: TOLL FREE CALL
- Stephanie SabelCalled 9 times in the last 3 days.
- Caller: Sears
- BONNIECalls all the time. Very annoying to hear the ringing of the phone but refuse to answer 800 or 801 numbers. I turn the ringer off when I am sleeping.
- DeannaFinally called this number back - after researching to find out it was Sears Extended Warranty Program. When I asked to be removed from the list, the customer service representative hung up on me.
I called back.
THEN - they stated that they would take my name, phone number, and address in order to put me on their do-not-call list. Why should I release personal information in order to stop calls that are on an account that I did not open which calls my unlisted number up to 20x per day at all hours!!?!? I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.
It took (not an exaggeration) almost 10 minutes for me to convice the customer service (this is service???) to finally transfer me to a manager. The manager listened graciously (gotta give credit where it is due) and proceed to remove my number WITHOUT taking any more personal information.
Lesson here is: ASK FOR A MANAGER!!- Caller: "Toll Free" (Sears Extended Warranty)
- RhondakbtI just called these nit wits at Sears because I am sick of them calling and not saying anything. I told them to remove my #. She asked for my name and number. I told her it didn't matter just to remove my # period! I told her the name and number are not going to match that I am tired of getting calls for the former person that had my # before me. We will see if I get another call....... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

- Mildred WoodsI have been getting 3 calls a day beginning at 8am, the last call at 6:30pm. No one says anything if you pick up. They left a message once and it was from Sears. Can't understand why I have to be harrassed by them. This does not give me a warm fuzzie feeling about Sears.
- PATThis tells market calls constantly all hours of the day. Can someone please stop it.
