These people keep saying this is Capitol One collections.....I don't have a Capital One card or account....have never had a Capitol One card or account...Never want a Capitol One card or account but they still call up to 8 times per day. [***] button is the only answer.....

10-15 times a day, wish I had the CEO s home phone, let him have a piece of my mind. Also, really  makes you want to get a Capital One card does nt it, having these as@&#@%$ calling you all the time.

It is Capital One's main telephone number for past due accounts.  I initially got a call from 630-518-4592 identifying themselves as Southwest Credit who told me to return the call to this 800 number.

Just got a call from them, no message. I don't have a capital one card nor have I ever had one so I don't know why they are calling me. I have had this number for years and this is the first time they have tried calling me.

Got a call today, so I waited a little and finally Jason came on line.  He asked for my wife, I told him this was no longer her number and asked him to remove my number from the database,  He asked for her new number, I told him I was not in the habit of giving out other peoples numbers. and to remove the number because he was harassing me on my cell phone.  He kept asking for her new number and refusing to remove my number from his database.  Finally I hung up and blocked their number on verizonwireless.com

Sick of these FU**ING Crooks no one at my house has ever had a Crapital One card. This is the sh*t we allow in this country. Businesses harass people who don't have anything to do with them. I am filing a report with the FTC, the FCC and who ever else. Its time Capital One was shutdown. FU**Cking Crooked Scam artists. No legit business ask for a SS number.

They have been told to stop calling my house they call 6 times a day. Since they don't listen very well its time to call a lawyer. They have harassed my house for the last time. NO ONE AT MY HOUSE DEALS WITH YOUR STUPID [***] CREDIT CARD COMPANY. WHAT PART OF THE PERSON YOU ARE CALLING FOR DOES NOT LIVE DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND. I SAY ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTING THESE CALLS LOOK INTO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST CAPITAL ONE.A valid debt collector will send a validation of debt letter so if they have a legitiment debt with someone they should first send a letter to your residence. They aren't doing so because they are scam artist. I heard on my local news that scammers are trying to tell people that they have credit card debt when in fact they don't. The callers are foriegn and claim to be from a credit card company. looks like cap one is into scamming people now.

This is a call from a collection agent for Capital One. Answer the call and find out why they are calling you. This way you can have the calls stopped once you know why they are calling.
We had two outstanding charges on our bill that should not have been billed to our account. Once we explained why the charges didn't belong on the bill, they were able to help us with the problem. Now we won't have any more calls from them.

These people don't know what the hell is going on.  They called my prepaid cell phone for a couple of months and never leave a message and when I do answer there is no one there.  I decided to finally call them back this morning (usuing my prepaid minutes of course) and when I did finally get a human and he wanted my account number , I told him I did not have an account with Capital One, so he asked for my phone number and when I gave it to him he said there was no account associated with that number.  He said he would remove my number from there records.  If I don't have an account with them and my phone number is not associated with an account with them, then why the Hell did the call me excessively from morning to night??????  Lets see if it gets resolved now.

Is capital one.  Getting these stupid phones calls on my call because my husband whom I have been separated from for over a year is not paying his bills so now I get to enjoy the grief!  what can I do to get them to stop?  Keep telling them he's not at this number and even gave them new number?

this number calls 5-6 a day said her name is Linda from capital one saying she has some good things to talk to me about...she needs to quit calling

After weeks of ignoring these calls,because I don't have and never had an account with Capital One,I called to have them remove my number which is a cell number.If you don't have an account,I don't think there is any harm in telling them that.Be short with your answer as the [***] on the other end probably can't understand our American accent.Only tell them your 1st name and the number that should be removed from their calling list.If they call back,call them back.I've it with these credit card companys.I think that I actually got to talk to Peggy like on the t.v. commercial,hopefully they put him through the retraining program and the puppet beats the [***] out of him.

I got my phone on January 17th. About 2 days later, I get calls from out of the state, and decide to look them up, and they were scams. They bother me A LOT. Recently, I have been getting call from this number and I've been reading about it and me and my family aren't associated with Capital One. Im not even 16 yet, they needa stop calling me ><

They continue to call our house as well even though we do not own a capitol one credit card....when I would answer the phone, no one would respond and they would just hang up. I would try calling back but when I call that number from the house phone, the operator would come on and say "this call cannot be completed".
So, I called from my cell phone and got through after pressing '0' over and over in order to speak with an actual person. I spoke with a foreign guy who said our number would be taken off the list within 24-72 hours. I then asked for his supervisor's name that way when they continue to call, I will know who to talk with. However, I almost feel the name he gave was fake. But regardless, the supervisor's name is Antitshrma but he could have made that name up for all I know.
But I informed them that if they continue to call and harrass me, I will be calling back and taking action. I would suggest you call that number and inform them of the same! :)

I am getting calls from the same number, but i do not even own a credit card nor have I ever done business with them.

I do not know why this number calls me, this is phone harasment .

This number is also the marketing department for Capital One. They call continuously but I don't answer because its a waste of time. You can't understand them.
