I am fed up of this number taking money from my phone  i don't want ringtones or anything else  please stop texting me three times a day

Getting calls from 81002 and using up my credit can it be stopped?

Just been charged another £25 yet I texted "STOP" last month this is probably the 4th time I have done this.  This company shouldnt be allowed to do this!!!

sick of looseing all my money on these stupid calls nobody answers your text when you text stop 02 not much help .all my money gets taken when i top up not fair

I have been getting 3 calls per week charging me £1.50 for every call.
None of this was authorised.
I have managed to get it stopped by texting "stop"  and sending it to 81002
Whether I will get my money back is a different matter

hi  andl tried to email them but message returned undelivered l also phoned them but the operator spoke poor english and did not understand what l was trying to say only took my first name and mobile no. kept disappearing from the phone and repeating wrong information probably to make the call longer and cost me even more money

u are very stupid...why u take money if we top up because we need money on phone...no to take u our money..

I do not wish to recieve messages from Zing, i have now paid £15 for several notifications. It is my opinion that they should be taken to court to reimburse inocent victims they have 'stolen' from, it is too much when a simple text you do not wish to recieve wipes childrens credit, often hard earned pocket money. More importantly -- MY MONEY IS NOT THEIRS TO TAKE

As with most comments from as mortals, I too am being mugged by Zingtone on my pay & Go with o2. Contacted o2 support who said they could do nothing about this, although they credited my account with £5 for which I thank them, and told me to text  STOP to 60099 which I have done. Hope this will stop Zingtone mugging my o2 account.

Where else can we complain about this abuse?

In addition to my previous comments, I have also text Stop to 88770 in the hope that the mugging will stop.

Received text; "Freemsg: You have been unsubscribed from the service" @ 15:15:08 on 21/11/2011 hope this proves that by sending STOP to the relevant number the mugging will stop!!

I am 47 years old business person with no time for all this none sense. I have sent stop all to 81002
but i would like to get my £15 refund.
