I tried texting back STOP in capitals but it wouldn' send. Help please

I have not idea how this 81002 appears on my Mobile
seems to be from Zing ( Ringtones)
I am 47 years old business person with no time for all this none sense. I have sent stop all to 81002
but i would like to get my £15 refund.
This action is a Robery!!!!! they have taken my money!!!! it is a criminal action!!!

why are you charging me for something i have not signed up , as soon i have topup my phone bills i i have lost £10 just like that without calling or texting anybody. please can youm STOP taking my credit and stop sending me any games which i am not interested for. i am not interested on wap.zingtones.tv. so please can you stop now.have just had all my credit wiped out by this same no. On the last message I replied Stop. Just had a message back to say I've been unsubscribed. I'm a 19 yr old who has no interest in what they offer and never subscribed in the first place

Hi  I am having a great deal of trouble trying to get rid of zingtones from messaging my phone I topped
up today and at once i had money taken of my top up by these con people. I did not sign up to this bot cannot get help to stop it either i have tried to text stop message but no luck does any one have an e-mailo address for these jokers please

I would like to unscribe from this, I didn't sign up to my knowledge, I think my nephew did using my phone, this is draining my credit,, will not add credit to phone, can't afford to do so, I wil report you nto the police and offcom, unsubscribe me now or else.!!!!!!!!!!!!

send "stop" to 88770 - just did it and got a message that I was unsuscribed -at last...

i put £10-£11 pound on every month and 3-4 messages come and say zin something and its ridicules it takes all the money and just says you have got £1.50p left how can I stop this i will call the police if who ever it is is not going to stop what there doing.

yeah I have just been caught by zing what a con. I thought something wrong with phone and then googled zing. Basically they are criminals just a different form.
I have had my pay as u go account wiped out in  few days. £10 would last me a month now it is gone in 2 days. I have been sent 3 messages of rubbish on some days. Topped up phone with £10 2 days ago and now have message that I only have 1p credit. Trading Standards need to be informed. I have never entered in to any agreement with them

I topped up my wife phone and she lost all the credit from this number 81002 i was put though to them but they didnt help me in any way would be grateful if you can ban this number for everyone in future

I have recived £31.50 of premium texts from 81002 - I did not request these and cannot afford the additional cost.  How can I get this refunded

EVERYBODY-go to page 1 of the complaints about this scam company. Zing was prosecuted for this once before, and were fined £50,000. There are several posts there that have the contact information of the prosecutors so you can reopen the case.

How may people are getting these messages costing £1.50 a time on their phones ?

I am being inundated with this fraud and I hope as mobile users we can stop this !!!

How the hell are these rogues getting our numbers and stealing all this money from us ?

It should be reported as theft and made to pay us back - does anyone else agree ?

Vodafone are trying to block them for me but they are still getting through .

Text STOP and send it to that number.My sister has lost £10 today just after she topped up. What we want to know is how do they get our phone numbers.

This company are robbers and thieves!!!!! How can we get our money back.

Click on box 9 below and read Scopio's message taken from Zing's privacy policy. It will give you the instructions for opting out.
Also, Zing was taken to court previously because of this with only 94 complaints,  was found at fault and charged £50,000. If everyone complains again, maybe the court will crack down on them and put them out of business.
I would also check with your bank to see if the charges can be reversed.

Had the issue of being zinged from August 2011 ,£68.50 worth ,but because did not check the detail of my bills missed it at the time .Found the charges in December and queried the bill to find the 'premium rate text service '

O2 my provider blocked the premium text service to prevent reoccurence in addition to the STOP message sent as advised .

Set about through the Zimano web site ,called there customer service ,confirmed detail of my claim ,got reference number and followed it every day for reply ,got reply within 7 days ,that cheque would be issued which it duly arrived at my home address .Cleared bank last week
