I was receiving text from 81002 or the last few months and my service provider told me in February and it has been blocked.  I found in March Bill that £20 extra charges because of 81002 text.  I was advised to SMS that No. with the words STOP ALL.  I did that and immediately a message received that this services has been cancelled and I will not incur any bill.  So if you have the same problem just SMS to the number typing Stop All.  Remember to give space after the word STOP. and then ALL

I have a bill of £10 charged to my vodafone account - I contacted vodafone they tell me it is a company called Zamano.
It would seem they are a competition company, i have not and would not subscribe to any of these scams,
It is obviously a fraud can you get your money back.

I think phone companiessould as be responsible by not allowing any tom dick and harry to be deducting their clients money. Do they realy have authorit from the phone companies? if so what are they doing to protect their clients? Imaginewha will happen if cartels and fraudsters like 81002 could infiltrate our financial instituitions? I pray the almighty God place the fraudsters where they should  belong, in HELL where they will be burned alive.

the have robbed my my five pounds and when you type stop an try to send the send a series of messages. Infact am changing my number completely because i see this is stealing with impunity and ammounts to robbery with violence. am planning to take up with trading standards to make sure they refund my  money as well as pay for the agony they caused to me. I wish UK phone companies could also help by refusing tpo alow fraudsters use their networks. what will happen if the access our bank details? would itbe another scam?

I have just called 0845 2251 808 I demanded a full refund of £19.47. I was told some gobbledegook about the fact I asked to join. I stopped them rite there and in a calm voice informed them I am a London Lawyer with two friends in the Government. I was then offered the refund to be with me in !0 working days. I then polity asked for a reference number so that if no cheque arrives I can go straight into battle

Absolute rip off! I never subscribed to this number for Play n Win and have lost £25 in pay as you go top-ups over two weeks. They seem to have sent three texts at once in the middle of the night. Catch the scammers.
