- Johnny BlueJust discovered that my daughter's also been receiving these texts at £1.50 a time, often 3 in one minute, so that's her monthly spend gone in 60 seconds! I've tested STOP to 81002 and have received the same responses as others here (You are now unsubscribed from this service), but whether it's true or ot we'll have to wait and see.
It's outrageous than companies can do this and get to keep their ill-gotten gains. I shall be researching how to get this money back (it's over £100 altogether, £65 this month and £35 last). - amanda| 1 replymy daughter has been scammed by zing. they say she has had interaction with them but i know she hasnt. ive contacted them regarding this and asked for a refund to which i got no and the phone put down on me. my daughter is 14. we topped up last night by £10 and they took £9 straight away. she now has got no credit left thanks to these people. They are con merchants that take other peoples money even when they havent subscribed to any service. Something needs to be done about them.

- barty| 1 reply81002 and 60699 are both numbers from the company Zamano -tel 08452251808, email cs@zamano.com.
After unsuccessfully texting STOP i found the above phone number and called. The lady took down my details- which was painful as she was not english and seemed to have great difficulty understanding my contact information. Therefore i decided to clarify via email, this is what i said...
"I have just spoken to one of your customer services representatives and am emailing to clarify.
I would like all texts from your company to stop immediately to this mobile phone number 07******* as they are unsolicited. This mobile belongs to my 11 year old daughter. Texts so far have been received from 60699 and 81002. It has not worked when I text STOP to the numbers.
She has been charged a great deal of money by your company for which I would like a refund as soon as possible. I Hope you are aware that it is illegal to enter into any kind of contract with someone under the age of 18.
I would appreciate it if you could send a cheque for the refund to...."
I received a cheque for £18 within days...success at last!
Unfortunately she still receives texts from this number but it states that 'she is unsubscribed' and we have not been charged for them.
Hope this is of help to someone! - PabloThanks to the people on here, Ruddy cheeky sods, I topped up my usual £15 this afternoon and I've only got about £7 left, thankfully I've nipped it in the bud STOP ALL defo works, I got a message back saying I was unsubscribed...

- Paul GillI bought a PAYG phone in March, added £20 and despite hardly making any calls got a text a month later to say the money had run out. I vaguely remember getting a text message asking me if I wanted to do a quiz or something but no mention of a premium service charge. I regard this as fraud, I want to recover the money and have asked Orange if they will help.

- alex replies to Sudheerwell,to stop more money being taken, text 'stop all' to 81002, you should then receive an text saying 'you are now unsuscribed from our service'. once you do receive it youshould keep the text as proof incase they keep taking money back.
But unfortunately you may not get the money your have lost back, but atleast by doing the above you won't loose any more! . - Rdenn320I have just been sent 3 messages from 81002. (cost on last bill GBP 4.50)
I sent them a text message to stop sending the messages immediately, and have received a message stating quote, You have been unsubscribed from this service, unquote.
But I figure this will still have cost me GBP 9.00 to date.
I'm livid !- Caller: PhonepayPlus
- Mr AngryJust topped up my orange phone £10. received 6 texts in minutes, only 70p left. this is theft and fraud
- Just-Nick| 4 repliesGuys, my little sister had this problem on her phone. What you've got to do (doesn't matter what network or phone make) is text STOP ALL to that number. Make sure to use the capitals, it is case sensitive. You'll receive a message saying you were unsubscribed from the service and then it should stop.
