Has anyone had any luck finding the address of these [***]?  They call my house at least twice a day, don't leave a message, and when I finally talk to one of these pricks they ask for a lady that has NEVER lived here, then hang up on me when I ask why they continue calling my number when I'm on the do not call list, continue to get empty messages on my voicemail (saved), and have not solited them at all.

I called back, and they refused to take me off their list unless I confirmed my information with them.  I refused to give them my name, or any other information, and the lady from this "CITICORP" place said then I will continue to get calls.  I informed her again that I was on the do not call list, that no one with the name they're trying to call has had my number in the past 8 years (that's how long I've had this number), and that I will file a small claims suit against them if they call one more time.

Beyond filing a complaint with the appropriate agencies we really need to start tying up this company with small claims suits.

I have received 1-3 calls a day from this number and they never leave a message.  I never picked up as I did not recognize the number.  This occured for a week or two.  It has not occured for a couple of days.  Hope is stops.  Who do we report scammers to....the attorney general's office?

they call my house several time a day. i pick it up and no answer. bene going on for days today they called me in work.  said my home depot account was past due (by 6 days).

I got 7 calls from this number today. This is so freaking annoying. They left a voice message the first time. telling me they are from citi bank and that I should call them back. I don't have any account with ciit bank and or anything relating to them, so I instantly knew this is fraud. But then they kept calling me again and again for the entire day. This is harassment! Where do you report these kind of calls?

I called the number just now, it appears to be Citicards.  They've called my phone several times, not leaving any message.  She asked me for my account number, so I said, "I don't have one - you just keep calling me & I don't want you to call me anymore."  

Suddenly I hear "I'm so sorry, I can't hear you" ... so I said, "no problem - I'll call you a few times, rack up your bills so you can appreciate what I have to go through.  Thank you."  I was pretty nice, it's not that lady's fault.  No need to be too rude.

If I get ticked enough, though, or if they call back again, I just might follow through on it.

City Card, supposedly handles multiple credit card accounts. Possible debt collector. Keeps calling for someone I do not know or have ever known. This has been going on for months now. Have requested multiple times to have my number removed from their call list. I have recieved about a dozen calls this week alone. The numbers they call from are:

This number calls multiple times a day. They don't leave a message and hang up when I answer the phone. I do not owe Citicorp any money and am tired of being harrased! If the atter is that important I should be getting a letter in writing from the company. I need to make them stop calling....

It is citi bank because I forgot to make a payment last month so... pay your credit cards folks

This company will try and talk you into giving up your information. Do not let them talk you into it. They are not CITI bank.

the same thing is happening to me, but i dont know how to stop it. i am not who they think they are calling so i cant talk to an actual person if there is one. they call all the time especially when i am at school or work so i can never answer. its really [***] annoying.

Is there any police or law court of justice or  punishment that can stop it?

i keep getting these calls on my cell phone.  i call them back.  they ask about my home phone, then my cell phone and they say they have no record of my numbers.

Since Memorial Day 2012 we have been receiving several calls per day starting at 0800 and right up to 2100 (8 AM to 9 PM for you civilian types).  Frequency has been between 3 to 6 calls a day mostly no recording just a hang up when the recorder comes on.  We have been out of the country and returned on the 26th of June. phone numbers have been 888-472-4945, 816-420-4632/33,913-563-3522.  Funny thing is that I have Sears card with zero balance issued by Citi.  I called the number on the card and everything was okay.  

Does someone have the ability to get the street address of these people calling that is a good address?  I think they are somewhere in the Kansas City Mo area or Kansas City Kansas area but cannot find a good precise address. If we had that we could send them a certified letter to stop calling and to contact the AG of the state they are in and possibly someone will eliminate this pesk from the overly crowded telephone systems.

receiving calls up to 4 times a day , everyday! refuse to answer!!! How can we stop this? It's to the point of frustration and anger!!
