It's Citibank looking for payment on credit cards i.e.; Sears, homedepot, Citibank, etc... We moved and never got a bill and they finally caught up to us to get up to date. Glad they did because we completely forgot. It's impossible to lose a bill. They'll find you! Lol

We've been getting these calls at work, several times a day.  Usually they call in bursts...three or four times, then wait an hour.  No one ever talks, they just hang up. It is highly frustrating and takes us away from actual customers to answer these stupid, pointless call.

They called me 6 times yesterday, and have called 2 times already today. I never answer and no message is left. I googled the number and found all these negative comments. Why do you folks answer a number you don't recognize? You may live to regret it. Unfortunately, I have a new phone system and haven't yet learned how to block calls, but when I do, this will be the first one blocked. Why they think it's OK to constantly  call an 86 year old disabled lady is a mystery to me. Hate these scum bags!!!!!!!!!!

I have   the same incident , several calls a day for 2 days, but I do not answer it. My telephone answering machine gets the recording. I called the number once and they want information I do not want them to have and hung up. To stop the call:if you are att. go the att web site and stop call menu and put the number to block it.

They've called me 3 times in the last three hours (it's Sunday) and they left a message saying they're calling in regards to my citibank account and that's it's important for me to call them back asap. I don't have any citibank accounts. I'm sending this to the Missouri State Attorney General too.

Caller claims from Citibank.    I don't have any overdue Citibank account.

Please do not call again without a valid message.

I got a call no message from this number on my cellphone. After reading the posts here I have blocked the number.

This numbers calls my office direct line and hangs up when answered from the hospital nurse station.

i keep getting calls from this number at 3-4 times a day even on the weekend and they never leave a message. when i call it back it some credit card place and i never had a credit card from these idiots

how can i block this number

Was expecting a call so I answered without looking.... calling saying my Sears Mastercard payment is overdue several months.  Well.. I don't have a Sears Mastercard!!  Fraudulent scammers.

I have had numerous calls from this number for at least a week. Very unnerving.

This sounds like it may be from citi bank but I am skeptical.  They asked me to sign into www.payment.citi.com/citiclient first.aspx   1-877-253-7144

I blocked the number!!

This number has called me repeatedly and when they leave a msg it just says they are calling about a personal business matter. It is a total scam

Got a call from this number. Citi (note not Citibank). Very foreign sounding woman asked for me by my first name. She gave me her "identifier" number.  When she said she was calling about my account, I hung up on her. My accounts are current  and I saw no reason to continue with the conversation as she was extremely hard to understand.
