I am not receiving calls that I know of. I am receiving letters. Would not talk to me, wanted my husband who is on card. Asked for his ss #. Now I am scared. This over a Home Depot card that was paid in full several months ago. Is this scam coming by letter? We don't answer any numbers that report unknown or have no name on caller id.

They keep calling, no idea who it is and don't leave any messages.

What I have found out it is its Home depot - Citi Bank owns their card. They have called me two times today but I refuse to answer it on a Sunday. I just looked up my bill online it is all paid up so the jerks can just sit on this call now and forever. block this one.

I get calls all day long starting as early as 6am and last until close to 10 or 11pm.  If I answer, they hang up every single time.  If I send them to voicemail they do NEVER leave a message.  When I call back they want my contact number in order to proceed to customer service.  Then I wait on hold for up to 15 minutes before finally hanging up.  I just now reported them to the FDIC.  I will wait and see what happens.

Like many others here have repeated, this number constantly keeps calling at all hours of the day.  Never leaving a message.  Suspicious that such incessant activity is going on that a message is never left. I have my doubts this is even a legitimate claim as no company has time to call a single number 5+ times a day.  It just doesn't work like that.

If you get a call from them, the easiest thing is to block the caller!  Move on and stop complaining!

This is a scam ! Do not call them back do not give them any information ! I called my bank back and they said they are a scam ! This is not citi bank !!

I get  3 to 5 calls a day from this caller. I have asked them not to call me, as I am on the no  call list. It hasn't stop. Just want me to return message. I have been scram from another company by letter last week. Please  take care of this problem that others have encounter.

no answer right -a- way  until I said hello - the girl asked for me by name  and said she was from  CITI bank and my account is past due and how would I like to pay the 25.00 minimum balance.    I said not I'm not and if I was I'll pay it on line and then hung up   she was still talking

calling after 10p pm, s.o.b.'s should be in jail...

This number repeatedly call me saying that I owe money to certain baks. And they will help me pay it off.

Call most every day on landline and cell phone.  We don't answer and they don't leave a message.  Maybe one day they'll get tired of wasting their time.

I want this individual cut off and out of my phone link.

calls everyday over ten times a day

2-3 times a day to my cell, no message.

I have been getting calls from this number for the last couple weeks.  They say they are an affiliate of Citibank and want me to pay in full the balance on my account to make it current.  RED FLAG!!  I am current and not due for 2 weeks and NO reputable credit card company will call and request you "bring your account up to date" by paying off the full amount AND harass their customers!  I called my credit card company and asked them if I was called.  They assured me that they never call customers unless they suspect a fraudulent activity on the account or the account is past due, in which a collections will call.  My account is current So, there you have it!  The gal told me that the number I gave her was NOT any of their numbers they use and to NOT give any information to them. (Like I didn't know that).  So I called them and went off on the POS that answered.  He tried to tell me that they are legit, but lack of professionalism is an important character they lack!
