In response to the people who think this is legitimate, why do you need Citibank to call you about your overdue bill? I don't have an acct with Citi, but I can pay any bill online without  a "representative" calling and asking for sensitive information. Credit card fraud is up over 92%. Use your head. Don't give out sensitive info over the phone. Take care of your bills YOURSELF online and keeping an online receipt.

Caller Claims they are from  to  be  from  CITI Bank   --  Caller  ID  has number and  CITI on phone  screen.  Claim that one of your  CITI credit  cards  is  overdue  and  want you to pay  it on  phone  --  Have been  receiving  call  from  this  number  monthly from,   same  number --  Sometimes  caller  has foreign  accent   other  time   speaks  good English --  You would  think  with   NSA , CIA  and  rest of  the  alphabet  soup  that  some  one  could  shut these  scammers down  and  find  a nice   cell  for  them  to  occupy

same thing here they call 3 to 4 times a day and never leave a message. I have never tried to call back. How do you block these nubers from calling a cell phone. my cell phone number is on the do not call registry for over 2 years now, should I report it with the do not call registry?

If I get one more call from this number I will scream.  They call 3 X a day and I have autopay on my Citi card and even get verification from them directly.  Can 't the gov't do something about these scammers.  I am on the do not call list.  I stopped answering numbers I don't recognize or that say UNAVAILABLE a long time ago.

Harassing phone calls

This number keeps calling me as well. I also get calls from other numbers and I thin that a hacker has got into my phone using this number. Sad thing is, I think it is someone I know. Is anyone else worried they are being recorded or their info is being stolen off their phone?

Just got a call to my cell from (816)420-4632/Kansas City, MO number i missed the call no messages left....thanks for all this feedback so we know who's scamming us....

4-6 telephone calls a day, never ;eaving a message and when I do answer they ask for Deanna who is not here.  I tell them she is not here and they hang up only to call again the next day, multiple times.  Why is this being allowed to go on for years?  What can be done to report and STOP this interruption to my day?  Maybe the BBB...

Definite scam. Somehow knows your account information but definitely not from your credit card company. Try's to make you tell your information over the phone. I refused and hung up.

I started getting calls since yesterday and they haven't stopped.  Today I've received 7 calls from this number and no message is left.  I'M getting tired!!!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number day and night as early as 8:30 in the am and up to 9:00 pm at night. This is insane. They do not leave a message. I refuse to answer. From reading the other posts I have no idea why they would be calling us we do not have a Sears card or Home Depot or Citi Bank for that matter. The caller id states Citi which doesn't tell us much. I too am on the do not call list and getting pretty frustrated. Apparently it does not mean a thing in this country there is no enforcement and harrassment by big business is accectable. You suck!

They call constantly. It's an obvious scam. Tell them that you've already reported them to your bank.

I have received several calls from this number. To stop them from bothering me I saved them as a Contact as ZSPAM (this way it goes to the bottom of your Contacts list), then, instead of a Ringtone, I click NO RING. You'll get them as a missed call but it won't disturb your day. I have done this for all repeated calls. You can also block the number but most companies only allow 5 blocked numbers and you have to renew the block every 3 months. Do not call lists don't work. Neither does reporting it to the phone company. I hope this helps some of you.

CITY       collection agency, may or may not be fraud

A lady calls and as for me, by my name, and I ask who's calling, please, And she won't tell me her name, but insist on talking to me.
I asked her what this is about and she says it's personal. This is Rod*** B*****and I say yes who's calling and again she says it's personal.
This happened to me several times this month and last month, the same BS. I just hang up.
This makes you want to hire a scientist and make birth control retroactive for these people.

This number keeps calling and no message ever left. They call multiple times per day starting at 8a and go until 9 - 10p. 816-420-4632 also keeps calling. Internet search found that number to be connected to a Bell Mobility out of Canada. I return call to these numbers is the same person by the name of Patricia White and just says to leave a call back number. They have been informed not to call my number again or they will be reported to the FCC....which I have already done but at least I gave them the courtesy of reason for my call which they do not seem to be inclined to return that same favor.

they keep calling my place of business and pretending to be part of Citibank, but they are not.
Do not give any of your personal info. If Citi needs you they will call you at home.

I got calls at least twice a day from this number 816-420-8632 I do not know the number and I do not want these calls
anymore. Please stop calling me otherwise I will go to the Police Department and placed a formal complaint.

I just received a call on cell phone  from the  816-420-4632  number stating I needed to call them . I called bAck and they wanted my home phone number. I did not give out the number . Seems they may be continuing to get information from Home Depot as I just made some purchases with my card . I had asked the staff at Home Depot when I made my purchases if my information was safe and she assured me that the problem was over but I bet it's the same scummy hackers having  access to the accounts and are continuing to prey on innocent people to steal and cheat . Wish I knew a place to report them cause there seems to be a lot of post . These hackers need to be stopped!
