83023

Got a new iphone and when looked at first bill saw the charges for five texts from 83023 and rang up 02. They said to call the company (no reply... and premium rate) then fill in online form from phonepayplus site, which i did. However, spoke to police friend of mine and he said to get straight onto 02 again, and ask why they allow this to happen as it is a well known scam and funds terrorist activities. It is obvious that these are unrequested texts from billing data. I have sent back 'stop' and it seems to have ceased.02 are passing it on to their interactive services team and getting back to me this week.

for the last few months every time i top up 83023 take £3 straight away and i havent received 1 txt to use never mind 1000! i have tried to send the STOP txt that, what a surprise, doesnt work. I have just e mailed them to put it right before i spend my time looking into the situation and taking it further as they must be traceable

I keep recieving tect messages offering ring tones a £3 a message!!

im sick of it ive phoned them and txt them there still taking £3.00 every week thats been for months they didnt take any for two weeks there but took £3.00 today

i phoned them today they said i wont get any money back as they says i txt and subscribed to it(i never) they have been taking it from 29th june i have txt them to stop a few times. they says it will stop now i told them i want my money back. i called them

i get texts weekly from this number telling me to go to web for cheaper text

Had this problem for over 3 months. Text stop numerous times to no avail. Every time I top up they take £3. No reply to my calls. Totally fed up. Please help. Thank you in anticipation.

i have been getting messages of this number for the past couple of weeks and it has took about thirty pound of me so far .

I have had 4 of these text messages in the last ten days..usually after topping up..I have already texted STOP ALL back to them..but will now call the 0870 number to see about getting a refund of my £10..Many thanks..

Since 4-5 months i'm receiving txt from 83023, and every month i'm paying,12-15 ponds which is now increased to 25-30 pound every month, i've contact on the number they showed in the msg i.e. 08448483018, but this is pre-record instruction to follow call,nothing happen.I've txt back to stop, didn't work, i've txt to 83203 "Remove" as they advised in the pre recorded call on above number, but that message didn't go through (Unable to send this message).Now I'm waiting to get any way to stop them, otherwise i've to cancelle my contract, and discontinue my current mobile number.

I get a call from this number every week after which 3.00 is deducted from my Pay as you Go credit. I have texted them to stop calling but to no avail.  I cannot keep topping up to cover this charge every week - I am a pensioner on a limited income but need to keep my 'phone topped up in case of emergency as I am out and about with my grandchilden.

Have just sent 'STOP ALL' to 83023 as they take £2.55 on the 28th of each month,will have to wait and see.

We have also had the same problem as those above and have contacted the company expanding vision who's text services these are, they can tell you whether or not the texts have been delivered or not in our case most of the texts we had been charged for are showing as undeliverable so expanding vision havent charged for them but 3 network have so we are now having to go through a complaints procedure for this with 3.

i charged £3 for a single text from 83023, and i don't even know why they are charging me.

My son text this number and did not know that it meant he would be monthly subscribing to something and his phone was charged in excess of £15.00 monthly so far.  I have tried texting the word stop to the number but this is not stopping the monthly subscription.  I intend to ring the above number on Monday to complain to the company.
