Being charged £3 per week for nothing how can I stop this robbery

this number keeps takeing 3.00 off me per week for text messages i dont even get....12.00 has been taken so far and i am not happy at all....

Four calls on the 30th December one second long cost 2.55 per call.
How can I stop the calls.

if am charged alot fr this your gunna know about it am gunna sue this number fr 10 times as much as it takes off me if its taken alot frm me

i keep getting text messages from 83023 i have to pay  for the messages i want them to stop can you help the messages  stop.

I received 5 messages from 83023 since end of december, i only realized i've been charged for each coz i check my online bill regurarly. I called my operator's customer sevice and asked to explain this situation. The guy i spoke to seemed puzzled but after a consultation with a collegue adviced to text them stop and got to phonepayplus website to find contact to the company that sends me these messages if it doesn't work. I received message from the scum number that i'm unsubscribed (i never subscribed to them) and i will keep that message as a proove. It's shoking that anyone allows for such companies to operate, it is obvious theft from people who use mobile phones.

I have just received my 02 mobile bill and five premium rate texts on it totalling £12.77 four of them being sent one minute after the other on the same day.  02 needs to block these texts from getting through.

It would seem to be some sort of shortcode scam for getting money for an online rpg?

I have had 4 of these texts since end of December. Have text STOP ALL as advised in another post and had 2 texts back saying I have unsubscribed. Time will tell. Seem to get hit on 28th of month.

I have been receiving messages from this company 83023 since sept 08. as i did not request call lists with my orange bill i had no idea this company was charging
£3.00 just to send me a text which was not wanted, i thought the info sent was a charge of £3.00should you choose to download from there co,not to receive there message!!! I am furious and taking further action, i have telephoned their customer services and await a reply! do not fall into this trap, should you receive a message text back 'stop' immediately. i am hoping for a refund, as a cost of £3.00 per week for 5 months for unwanted texts is unbelievable.

I recently topped up by £50 because I was going on holiday.  This was just two weeks ago.  Since this time I have had two texts from 83023 taking £3 each time and one more which took a whole £10.  Im totally at a loss as to what to do now and am thinking of changing my phone and number - however, Would it start again?

I have been receiving texts from 8323 for 12 months and my bill is around £60 per month. I tried to stop them but they continue to text. I phoned them to STOP completely, but today I received 3 text. What should I do? Is there a regulator of these companies? Can Trading Standards deal with such company because its about unfair trading practices. I think we must warn everyone before they fall prey. I am going to do that and ask Watchdog or Panorama to investigate.

i put £10 on my phone last week and this 83023 number took £9 off me in 3 stages in 6 days what can i do to stop it and get a refund for last 3 months or so since its been going on

This is SurfPin x alot of girls use it for camshows so don't immediately put the number down. All english SurfPin numbers are 83023, but it depends what you text x. Sometimes texting hd to 83023 does a different thing than ok to 83023. Just don't text whatever is said here and it's fine
