- PCDI have just recieved two text from a company called "Club3Mobile"
and the text said "Club3Mobile: The latest chart hits at http://club3mobile.com. You r subscribed for £3.00 p/m. to unsub txt STOP to 83023. Care? 0844579635 8393 Ltd"
I am outraged that these [***] have taken £3 of my credit! I just topped up today and i am on o2 and I was shocked to find £3 was taken from me. Even worse is the text said I "subscribed" which i HAVE NOT! and what made it worse is the fact they had the audacity to say "Care?"
I cannot beleive this scam, and i have read this thread since page one but there seems to be a lot of contradiciting responses. Some people state I should respond by sending "STOP" to the number, while others say do not.
I just want to know how to stop these SCAM's please!
Thank you VERY much- Caller: Club3Mobile

- telecoms advisorthe charges recieved on your phone bills are passed on to you from these companies not your provider.
Taking your number to another network will not work either as it's the mobile number that they have not the network you are on so you will carry on recieving them.
There are a few ways to stop these text charges, 1st contact your provider as some of these companies do not adhere to the universal STOP command text so you may need a customer contact number. if you do call there number they should be able to tell you how you registered for the texts.
if you still have no luck contact ICSTIS on 0800500212 who are the governing body for premier texts.
but please be mindful it is not your network provider that has caused these texts. - Rachel BattissonI have been charged £12.00 for these text on my monthly bill when I've never text them or heard of them before. Got a few texts about ring tones and just deleted them as was not interested. Wasn't untill the direct debit was refused (only had enough in bank to cover normal charges) that I found out. I think it's disgusting that they can do this and your phone provider should be able to block the number from just txting you!! Can't believe thet these company's can get away with this. Takes so long to claim the money back that most people don't bother, and that's how they earn their money. If it was done face to face it would plainly be called robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Greg Townley| 1 replyI have received numerous messages from this number and get charged £3 everytime it's been sent to my phone. It's been weekly since February. I have complained to O2, my service provider, and they have said, there is nothing they can do and I should just text the word STOP to that number. I have had enough of paying for this when I did not ask for it. What action can I take against them and how can stop this from happening from this number again.

- BetI too have had these texts. They take £3 every time I top up my phone. I am elderly and can do without this. I complained to Virgin who told me to text STOP, but this has not worked. I am now having to pay for a brand new phone with a different number. It is quite ridiculous.
