THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS PERSON IS A SCAM!  There is a group of people who work together on Craigslist and other sites similar. An example is what I am doing right now: When I get a scam email on Craigslist I respond-YES, I RESPOND! Why? Because I want to waste their time and money and hopefully if enough people do it the scammers will at least slow down.  I act like I am completely oblivious to their scam and get to the point that they actually send me a cashier check and spend the money to overnight it to me. The lady? or man?-you never know, has now given me the information to Western union the difference back to, and guess what?  It is this guy and this address that we are all wondering about.  The scam is this: They respond and then send you a fraudulent cashiers check with extra money on it.  They ask you to go to your bank and cash it-which the bank will do.  They tell you to keep your cash and wire the remaining cash through Western Union to their mover or ?.  Eventually your bank will realize the check is not real-this can take up to a month.  Your bank will deduct the funds from your act, which they have the right to do, and you are left hanging while the scammer ends up with cash that you wired to them.  You will never find them, because they are not in the US.  They are primarily in Africa.  Western Union is all over the world and they can pick up the funds in very rual areas without ever being caught.  Dont fall for it.  Never do any business with a cashiers check or money order.

Its a total scam! i know 900 looks like a lot of money but dont believe it. total scam. I think he's from like Nigera or something like that and the "Construction work" or place isn't even a business the address pulls up a image of a house on Google in the UK. so its very fishy. Its a scam. I was dissappointed. but its ok :) more better jobs for nanny's to come :)

this is what i recieved from chritowins.co@gmail.com. i assume his name is chris t owin and he offers no difference when i call him chris. he then offers excuses for not being able to fill out the lease application and says his wife's name is "tonya owen" and the check is on the way via his "financier" from a reputable us bank. when i threaten the deal is off for not recieving the application his wife's name becomes "chythia owens" and no references and working for Wessex Survey & Design Ltd UK.  his mobile also does not work. hmmm...

I just got an email from "Kenneth Butler" from the "kenniebutter.co@gmail.com" address.  Thanks to this forum, I found it was a scam.  The person was responding to a Craigslist post for an apartment in Minnesota.  His text is below:
