i have an image of their account number if anyone is interested

These [***] collected over $21,000 for us and kept it.  I dont even know how many other of our accounts they collected on, could be over 100,000.  They changed the pay to lines on the checks to GWK and cashed our checks.  I plan on going after them as well, can anyone tell me a law firm they might be using in Texas for me to call?

They collected money for us and we never received it either.  They also changed the pay to line on the checks to GWK and I have copies of the checks before they were sent and after.  They should not be allowed to continue to steal other peoples hard earned money.  Please contact me if possible @ svami@bellsouth.net.  I would love to know what I should do to go after them.

please email me, i will be happy to help you nail these guys.  Already hired an attorney who says he has received many calls about them.  He has a court date with them coming up.  Would love to have others go in with us against them, no matter how small the amount they stole from you.

Received a call from GWK said they were a debt collector.  Collected money on my behalf and then did not pay.

I just got word they filed bankruptcy the attorney's info I received is Russell Van Beustring. I called him and they are filing bankruptcy his number is 713-973-7811 go figure!!!

That still does not protect them from criminal action that can be taken against them!

I agree, the good thing is I spoke with Van Buestring and there is money to be distributed. We will see.

They might file bankruptcy again, but I bet they are already open under a new name.  I think the new one is GWS Services.  They will file again and reopen under a new name.  Preston told me how they do it, but at the time he was referring to one of my general contractors.  Please help us shut them down and put them in jail.
