Steve Guignard is out of prison for about 6 months now. Now he uses Scott Palmer as his s name at Baker Receivable Solutions, Baker Lien Solutions, Baker, Bloomburg and Associates, and Baker Solutions. Same scam ran by him, his brothe Jim, and step son Brandon.

I just was Contacted by  BAKER SOLUTIONS CORP in Houston -  for Debt Collections -
When I asked him why he has a Chicago Phone Number and Asked for Client Referrals  - this
is the response I got.......  Now Would Be a Good Time to Tell You ... We Didn't Use them but another
Rip Off Artist who also are located in  TEXAS - Dallas -  So beware of these guys too!!  THOMAS REEDE & ASSOCIATES -
They did exactly what  BAKER SOLUTIONS Did to Our Company and we are located in the State of Florida
