Rebecca Harvey is a long time employee with Morganthal, Myers & Stern. When the scam started collapsing in around them, they kept 10's of thousands in customer money and filed bankruptcy.
In order to repoen, they used her name on the incorporation papers and it was back to business as usual. She was an active participant in the scams, did the "books" and made collection calls.

I worked for Steve Guignard. He is now with Baker, Bloomberg LLC. He, and Robert Galloway (last name is an alias) are thieves. Steve has ripped people off before when he also was an owner of Atkins, Harris and Brown. They open up commercial collection agencies that sound like law firms. They burn as many clients as they can and then close shop. Steve is a coke and pill head. Its hard to track them because they will use alias like Steve Harris etc...
