Numerous calls with no one there.

When will someone come out with an app or something to simply hang up on these 800 numbers, so i dont have to???

It's a collection number. They called my mom's house too, trying to get info out of her. Bot that was a mistake on their part!!!

It's Citibank, dumbass, they call me consistently, I'm always late.

Actually, Jason is right. Though I have heard they call the wrong number a lot. It is Citicard.
I do not work for them but did just get a CC through them. My wallet was lost, so CS said they'd give me a 7 day extenstion to make my first payment. On day 5 I got 6 calls from another number - 972-655-5210, day 6 (when I was able to make the payment with my new account number) 3 calls before noon.

I cannot say I recommend them for their customer service! Just slap a late charge on there and leave people alone - like all other CC companies.... A little ridiculous and VERY ANNOYING

If this is CITIBANK, why are they calling me.  I don't have any accounts with them.

I get the calls too, but contrary to what some are saying here I don't think its Citibank. I don't have an account with them and I am not over my limit or behind on any payments of any kind.

I guess I'll have to do that "do not call" listing again!

This party calls my cell phone often and leaves no message.  I dialed the number and they asked for a credit card number. I assume they are phonies. They claimed to be Citicorp. I have no connection to them.

This number has been calling both cell and home phone for the past 2 weeks.  When I answer, no one is there.  When I stay on,  I do hear it disconnect.  Has to be a scammer.  Memorize the number and don't answer.

Someone called from this number and hung up.  I called them back and after a couple of tries, got through their automated menu (they identify as Citicards) and got a human on the phone.  I asked to be put on the do not call list and the "lady" hung up on me!

I do not have a citi card and these calls have been happening since may 10..please make them stop

I have received numerous phone calls from this number.  Today I called them. It is DEFINITELY Citibank, regarding my account.  I told them that I view this as harrasment, because
#1.  They do not leave a voice miail
#2.  If you do answer the phone they say nothing , then hang up.
When I spoke with the representative today I informed then AGAIN, that I am in the process of filing bankruptcy and I AGAIN, gave them my attorneys name.
I told them I have advised my attorney that these calls are daily and that they needed to cease. He advised me to let him know if I received anymore and that he would call and threaten them with harrassment.  Once you give them an attorneys name and number, they are to call the attorney not you!!

They have called my cell six times today, I picked up three times and they hung up. Called back and it's a machine that wants my account number or social security number. It is a huge scam. My account with Citi is not overdue, I'm not over my limit, oh wait I DO NOT HAVE A CUTI BANK ACCOUNT!!!  The message all stated they worked with ATT&T !!! my bill is on auto pay so I can NEVER be late!

Called my 25 times in 3 days, I don't have a Citibank account never did, I finally answered the phone as Detective Winston and the calls stopped.

the id shows 'Kentucky'. If it is Citi Bank, why does it not show that instead of 'Kentucky'?

I have received 5 - 10 calls a day from this number for a week now.  I did get a message about my CitiCard account once.  The rest jus leave no message.
As to those who are saying it's real, and you're just not paying your bills ... I can 100 percent state this is untrue.  
I DO NOT HAVE A CITICARD.  I never ever have.  I did not apply for one or anything like that.
It is a scam.  They know many people do have CitiCards and will likely fall for the threatening message.

this phone number keeps calling, when I answer I hear only a busy background noise. The area code of 859 along with area code 777 are not legitimate area codes. I thinks 859 may be a result of a hacking into the Citibank files.

I get a call from them and the caller ID indicates 'Kentucky'. I am not over the limit on my Citi card and I have made a payment way before it was due. If it is Citi Card, why does it show 'Kentucky'

Called twice. No message

Actually, yes it is CitiBank.... I missed a payment a few days ago and its the second time I've gotten the call. Happened another time when the payment I did online got returned. :/ At the moment that you pay your minimum payment, the calls stop.
