NUMEROUS CALL AND THEY HANG UP

Been harassed by this number for the last 60 days. At least 5-6 calls per day. Starts at 8am till 9 pm daily.  Most time I ignore the number. Few times I pick up, there are no one on other end. They finally left a message a week ago claiming to be from Citicard, left a 800-388-2200 and website www.citicard.com
I called My Citi Mastercard on the back of my card to confirm the harassing calls and was told it is a branch of citibank credit. They are calling to inform me the cash back program. I told them as a loyal customer for many years, I am appalled and outraged the way Citibank conduct their business by harassing their customer day in and out. The told me they will put a stop on the calls. Guess what this morning, I already got 3 calls with no one on other end. SHAME ON YOU. CITIBANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not ever give your name on this web site reason being is these same scamers view this same site, think about it.  So what ever you say her they see.

I have read it's a scam but I forgot to pay so it's probably them.  They call 9-12 times a day.  2 times before 9am and then the rest is just scattered.  They call my family as well so I'm just waiting for so much harassment that I can have them fined.

This is definitely a scam.  I have received this call multiple times a day for the last month.  When I answer the call, they hang up.  Only once did anyone speak.  It was a forgeign voice stating he was from Citigroup.and asked to speak to my husband who was not at home at the time.  The phone number is coming from Florence, Kentucky and CitiBank/CitiGroup's contact number is 1-800-950-5114 and the CustomerService is located in Sioux Falls, SD.

This number calls our house about 5 times a day, even at late night. I called them back and they keep hanging up on me. Ive finally registered our number on the Do Not Call list.

Called 4 times this morning to a business, don't think it is Citigroup.

This 18592838071 asked me to phone 18003882200, if you phone 18003882200 during business hours, it will ask for saying your credit card #, if you stay silent, it will ask you to key in your credit # , if you just do not do anything, it will transfer you to a real person who identified herself as from citibank, I told her the reason I phoned, she looked up my phone and told me the name of the person associated with my current phone number, the name matches with the name of the person who was the previous owner of my current number, the citibank person said she would update the number in the system so that I would not get called again, all this happened only 15 minutes ago :-) but I hope this would stop this nonsense at least for now.

i did a similar thing to what Hieu did. When it asked me to press 1 for assistance i did and it asked me for my credit card number, i did not say anything at all until it said it would put me through with a representative. I waited for at least 10 minutes and it didn't patch through to anyone so i'm really questioning this number. I've had this number call me several times now and it's been quite annoying >:[ this is a new number i've gotten and i've had it for about two months now so i would assume the previous owner of this number would have changed all his contacts for these kinds of things by now

859-283-8071    i dont have a citibank account, nor creditcards with them   they call odd hours. and hang up when i answer the phone, i want off that list.  annoying puppies.   so   whats their point?   i swear ppl on do not call list are being scammed after a few years by companies giving out that list. then anyone can use it. and i dont want political stuff  on my cell either,  i renew my  phone number every two years for do not call. its for emergencies only.

They called twice and said nothing.  I'm getting a credit union.

I have received a call from this number over the last few days and called my citicard number from my statement.  They say my account is up to date and see no issues.  The rep. said not to trust the number that is calling me and absolutely don't give them my account number or any information - ignore their calls!

These people have called 4 times a day at least for the last month. From looking at this web site the state that it is Citi Bank. We do not even have an account with them.

I want it stopped.

These people never answer or respond. I thought harrasment was against the law, especially for elderly people.

Come on people, think about it! If CitiBank was really calling because of late payments, don't you think they would even speak on the other end? This is an annoying scam geared towards calling HUNDREDS of times until an elderly person picks up the phone often enough so they can cohearse the unsuspecting into denouncing important private and financial information. JUST REPORT THIS NUMBER TO AUTHORITES IN FRAUD AND BLOCK THEIR NUMBER. DONT GET SCAMMED!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and nobody answers when I answer.How can I stop them from calling me?

I am tired of these calls and when I answer, no response. If this caller is from Citi Bank/group/ poop? then say something, I refuse to believe Citi card stoop so low. 1859-283-8071 EVIL.

They have called me atleast 4 times in the last two days, one day I waited them out to see how long they would stay on (so I put it on speaker phone and muted my end).  Then I heard breathing for a moment and then it stopped.

Very annoying, not going to pick up the call again. (Leave as many messages as you like).
