they have been calling us everyday for several times

called at 8:21 p.m. & 7:07 a.m. 11/27/2009 and left no message, tried calling back and got a recording in a foreign language. I only speak and understand english, has to be a scam caller.

Never, never call back someone wanting to speak to you about "an important financial matter", just as you would not talk to a bum on the street who stopped you on the corner and made the same suggestion.  Just pass them by boys and girls, or you put your private information on a podium for all the world to see.  I have received 20 to 25 calls/day at the max from companies alleging to be citibank, amer. express, chase, etc. and I have no accounts with any of them.  The calls are nearly always from Mombai, India.  I use a digital phone service and have all the calls terminated at my answering software.  They pay for all their calls and I never hear the phone ring, but get all messages delivered by email.  It is painless for you to use this system and I recommend it.  I can easily handle 500 calls per day and am actually disappointed they don't call more often as I know it costs them money, week after week, month after month.  Until their is a class action suit against the scam artists doing this, I reccomend getting digital phone service and forwarding all calls to it, so you can screen them silently, without disturbing your day.  Then add a virtual number and eventually, if you wish, you can terminate your main number, use an unlisted virutual number as your main number after you have given it to trusted friends.  Sleep well tonight, good citizens of Gotham.  - The Batman.

so annoying, have received 4 calls today on my cell phone starting at 8:30a.m. this morning.
called back (Kentucky area code) and saw it was citibank.  How did I get them to stop calling me?
flipping annoying since I do not give out my cell phone # to any telemarketers or online, nowhere

Call several times per day, do not leave a message, did answer once and they hung up.

CitiBank isn't as corrupt as Wells Fargo - close.  If you approach your limit ~ they drop your limit, creating "over-limit" fees.  I don't mind them making calls to confirm info, request payment and other legit reasons, but must they call numerous times each day without leaving a message, or not answering when I answer the call?.  Ver.y annoying  I'll have my 2 cc's paid off in March and I've moved all my finances to a Credit Union - Boycott the Big Banks!

I just looked up this number on switchboard.com and all it says is it is a cell phone and the location is Boone KY.  I've gotten the call twice today and no messages left.

I keep getting this call without identify who they are.  I don't want to call back because I don't know who the caller is and it could be a scam.

No message hangs up when answered.

The call is from CitiCards, I don't think it's a scam.

Totally forgot to pay my card this month and they called to remind me and ask if I could pay today and waived my late fee.

they have being calling me al least four times a day. They do not leave messages and it is becoming a problem. Is there any laws that could fine them for harrassment?

they keep calling every day several times a day. If it is citibank credit card collections, then I would think that they would at least leave a message. I never answer calls I am not familiar with. Let them keep calling. I will not answer. If it is regarding my citibank account, they should be sending  me a letter in the mail if they have such urgent business to conduct with me. Cant we block these numbers with our phone company?

I don't have an account with Citibank and i have received 2 missed calls from them this morning already
