I have rec'd calls from this number 10 times today - no msgs left and no one ever answers. I called the number back which is long distance and it is Citi Cards however I don't have a Citi Card. This is really ticking me off!

They call us 10x a day.  Called ID says Kentucky.  Not Citicard or Citibank.  We never answer it and there is never a message.  I can not block this call but would like too.  I have a citicard but am not over the limit.  I have gotten no notification in the mail regarding any situation so i too believe it's a SCAM!!  Please can someone tell me how to block them?

Got a call from this number. When I answered they said nothing and hung up.

I have been recieving a calls from this number about 2 to 3 times a day. I do not answer calls that do not show a name, they NEVER leave a message. I have called back, it sounds like they answer but nobody is there. I have a citi account.

They keep asking for Kenneth Jones. Today I told them I killed Kenny and took his phone and where in Boone, KY were they, cause I'm not far from there.

Tomorrow I think I'll tell them I'm Agent Jones with the fraud division

9 calls total over the last 3 days from these asxholxx - getting damn tired of it. If I knew who and where they were I'd go burn them down.

I have received 9 calls from this number in the last 24 hours, half the time I don't answer, but when I do they just hang up.

When I pick up the call it is no one, but when I call back I am forwarded to Citicards. If you go over your payment date they will call you 5 or so times a day.

Been getting calls from this number on my cell for the past week. On the do not call list. What good is that list if people still call you?

Received 3 calls from this number within an hour. I finally answered even though I didn't know who the caller was, it was Citibank Visa. My most recent payment hadn't posted yet, they were very rude about the payment being all of 2 days late, so I called the number on the back of my card later in the day and deactivated the card.

This  is  Very Low Life Scumbag who Can Not get a REAL JOB anywhere because nobody will hire them because they are Mentally Brainless Rejects That are Committing Federal Wire Fraud Everyday of  the Year.
This FREAK Using  Telephone Number 859 283-8071   is a Very MENTALLY  ILL  who needs medication but hates all doctors because He Thinks They are From Outer Space.
They are almost always scared to death to Talk (they are listening).  
This is the perfect place to have a little fun and Practice Being a Stand Up Comedian. Who Knows it may turn out to be a great side-job after a little practice  with these  Mentally [***] Rejects seem   to  Love the Companionship of Prison.

When you see this telephone Number  859 283-8071  on   your caller ID make sure you  ANSWER as  NASTY as you possibly can  with  Sex Comments   etc etc etc etc etc  Sex Comments  etc etc etc.   They should answer you Real Quick (They Seem to Have Major Sex Problems Relating to Can Not Climax Problems), you have the choice to stop talking and  listen to them beg you to talk or you can get some real good person to person comedy job practice.

They will have more outside numbers call you trying to bother you , write these numbers down and after the second call put them on your hit list, you will have good luck:  BE  AS  NASTY AS POSSIBLE .

jenny, you might be over your home depot limit. same blood sucking citi-bank, they raise your rate so your min. payment is to high to make or lower your limit to put you over your limit then charge you over limit fee.

Woman identified herself as "Barbara" but would not identify what company she was with. She got notably angry that I wouldn't give her any information until she told me who she was with - she refused to tell me. Frustrated, she blurted out, "This is a moot point...you have a nice day" and hung up.

This is a great greeting to this telephone fraud caller # 859 283 8071 who does not answer their phone call to you when you answer and say hello.
Legitimate business companies always leave you a complete message because they really want to talk to you and are calling for a legitimate reason.

Any one of these polite comments should make them talk to you like chipmunks on crack.

This is definitely Citibank's past due accounts dept. in Kentucky—or the Philippines, which was where I was transferred to. Citibank didn't do what they had said they would do, and they caused my account to go into past due status with late & interest charges accruing. I had to get a supervisor on the phone to straighten out their screwup and now I'm going to have to check my credit report to make sure they don't send false reports to the credit reporting agencies.

I'm canceling this credit card. I've had nothing but trouble with Citibank since I received the card a year ago. This bank should've failed instead of being bailed out with my taxpayer money 18 months ago by our corrupt federal government officials.

Wake up Americans and watch out!!!!
They're robbing us every chance they can and the FEDs won't stop them—they want the money to get reelected in November.

This is a legit call -I was very paranoid  - in fact read all these rants first. But it is legit - I'm a citicard holder - I made the lady verify all kinds of info   - she had it all. So just answer the phone and don't listen to the ranters.

Called me 17 times between 9am and 1pm

This is the first time I have received a call from this number.  They hung up right after I said hello.
