This number keeps calling.  No idea who they are or what they want.  If you pick up the phone no one answers.

says its citi card

We are getting 3 to 4 call's a day and no one ever answers. It ends before our answering machine picks up. I would like to report it as a harassing call but not sure who to report it to.

This firm is not BBB accredited. Check website Premier Recovery Inc.

We keep getting calls from this number and when we answer it there is no one there and when we try to call back we can not talk to someone.

This is a phishing scam that goes back to 2007. Even if you have a citi bank - mobil - shell card etc... it is not the company or a collection - it is scammers trying to get your info

I started receiving phone calls from this number on Monday I answered the first two and they said nothing, then the next morning they called my cell phone at 8:30 in the morning, they are now on my auto reject list on my phone so they go directly to my voice mail and all I see if my phone light up with a missed call. Today alone they have called 4 times already, about every 2 hours.

No idea who this is calling my house.  They get the answering machine and hang up.  It's still annoying!

I have 5 missed called from this number I would like to know who is this? They dont leave a message I believe is a scam.

Again they keep calling its been 3 days in a row that this number calls 859-283-8074. It is so annoying. They call me in the night too. I do not pick up.

I, too, receive multiple calls....on a somewhat random basis, from this number.  When they called this morning, I answered and heard silence....then the call was disconnected!  Trust me, I did skip-tracing for a collection agency for a little over a year and while there may be a delay in the connection, we NEVER hung up on someone who answered the phone!  Citi Card/Shell has all my information, including my e-mail address, to contact me legitimately.  My account is current and they can dial my number until their equipment wears out, but I AM NOT ANSWERING ANY CALLS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER, NOR WILL I GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!  The legit account already has it all if they want to reach me!!

Seriously this number 859-283-8074 keeps calling 10 times a day for the past 3 or 4 days they need to stop. They dont leave a message. I do not know what they want. I do not pick up.

Of course they can verify you with your phone #.  Citibank records was hacked recently.   They have your personal info.  I call back and gave them my phone #.  They pulled up my info said its in regards to my ATT universal card which is part of citibank.  They ask me for my acct# and pass code.  I said i dont have it and they said they can't help me.  If they are from citicard, they would have my account anyway.  They just want the passcode from you.

I'm so sick and tired of these calls, they call every hour on the hour starting at 9am in the morning!

They don't leave a message but are constantly calling.  ALL day. EVERY day.  We are current with all our bills!!!!!!!!!! Very annoying.  We don't answer it or any we do not recognize.

this number belong to Citi Card - they call for Exxon Mobile - call continually from 8:12am on a saturday morning and at 8:10 pm on Sunday night - due to a late payment.  Call usually says Kentucky - they do not leave a message and most of the time when you answer there is no response and then they hang up - not a bank I will be doing business in the future.

This number belongs to Citi Bank - they called me regarding an Exxon Mobile bill.

This number started calling today? Not sure why! Not answering!

These telephone numbers are not wanted to Gloria & Evon Quinones new cell phone numbers.  We are already receiving these harrassing calls.  Can you please find out where they are coming from.  I look forward to you contacting me at my new email address Lorinon23@gmail.com
