please stop calling me I live in CALifornia and dont know who you are!!!!

take 5 minutes and play there game.
Give them phony numbers it will eventually clog all there lines and they can't scam anybody
keep them on the phone line with you, ask them as many stupid questions as you can think of.
and keep asking them to verify the information you give them, when they do tell them one number was wrong and have them repeat it.  when you think they are done tell them you have bank account numbers and you will give to them so they can check them for any problems, give them bogus acct and password numbers.also tell them you take care of family accounts and ask if they need them ect:

We are repeatedly getting harrassing phone calls from this number (559) 253-8074.  The person on the other end never answers questions when we ask who is calling.  We have asked them at least 5 times to remove us from their calling list.  The calls keep coming anyway.  We are nearly at the end of our ropes with this harassment and would like to know what our legal choices are...please help.

Stop calling me.!

I repeatedly get calls from 8592838074 but no message and no one there if I do answer. I am going to put a call block on this number because it is using time on my cell phone.

I just started answering and letting it sit there without saying anything.. They used to call from a different number and I guess when they realized I wasn't going to answer anymore, they started using another number... It's Citi..but in my case for ExxonMobil.  At any rate, I told them that I know I have a bill... don't need constant reminder calls... Told them that harrassment (after you warn them to stop calling) can cause them $1,000 PER occurrence... so keep those records ya'll...  TURN them in !!

yet.. they just keep calling.. Idiots.   I've even answered and talked to someone and told the girl that they need to quit calling... it's harrassment.. and if they call again, I'd be turning them in... Had about 10 calls per day each day... until they started calling from another number... Now it's the same.

You CAN turn them in for harrassment, especially after you've told them to stop calling.. They can be fined $1,000 per occurrence... Worth a shot !

I know I have a bill... I don't need constant reminder calls... (up to 10 per day some days)... What is the purpose of that?  Do they think it's going to get them the money?  No.. most likely, some people will get so mad that they won't pay the bill at all.    I have asked them to stop calling.  I know that they can be fined $1,000 per occurence (payable to me) after I've told them to stop... but it just continues.

Thanks to everyone else who has posted.  I don't know anyone in Kentucky so I've not answered.  I figured out it was a robo call since it was coming every day at 8:30 am and 8:30 pm.  Unfortunately two people I don't know have given out my cell phone number - for one I've received phone calls from doctors at emergency rooms (scary), the other I've received calls from collection agencies (annoying).  I don't know what I'm going to do about this except ignore it for a long time.

Annoying, incessant telephone calls

This number is calling (or hounding) me constantly on my home and mobile phones.  There is never on the other end, but the calls continue.  It has become VERY frustrating!

Get calls on my cell many times a day, out of the blue, I have a Shell card but if the is how shell handles thier accounts I will close it. its stupid

I keep getting calls from this number but I have no type of credit cards or citigroup or anything whatsoever...

Got a call from this number, left a 4 second voicemail not saying anything. when i called back it said they were from citicard and wanted my information! Dont give out to anyone you dont know! this is a scam!
