citi card---they are awful!!! I didn't get 2 of my bills and so didn't pay on time because 1. didn't have the bill 2. couldn't use the online pay service, why offer if it doesn't use 3. There customer service is horrible. They will call me at 7 a.m. on a Saturday or during dinner---I finally went off on them. Sorry if you have to deal with this crap. Only reason I got the card is b/c my dentist screwed me over (Dr. Howard, Nicholas and Baburek in Toledo, OHIO) and I had to get a root canal for a chipped tooth---someone needed to make a down payment on something! Not too mention they lost a piece of metal in my root canal! Ok anyway hate hate hate citicard

859-283-8074******this number calls my cell phone all hrs of the day and night even as late as 11 pm and as early as 6:30 am.

I dont have a single credit card and have never answered this phone call....I get so tired of it...can we stop it in any way?

They started calling this morning at 5:30am.  Relentless hounds.  They called 17 times from 5:30am to 8am.  When you answer, it just goes into "dead air" and you are in "hold Hell".

I currently am CURRENT on ALL my bills (a huge undertaking these days, with the economy and all)

At 9am, I got another call and the caller asked me to "Verify my information" by providing to her, my full social security number, along with my driver's license number, so she could "Look at" my "account".  She would not tell me who she was, or what company she was with/representing.

I didn't give her that information, of course....  Will be filing a Police Report later today on them.

WHATEVER YOU DO, NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE VULTURES!!!!!!!!

I do have a Citi Bank account.  A home mortgage now going 17 years.  Never been late on a payment, never missed a payment.  

Had a problem 6 months ago with home insurance cancelation (yup I got hit with the Insurance bailing out of Florida) and had started a new plan with another company.  Liberty Mutual sent Citibank a letter of cancelation and no matter how many times I fax, call or e-mailed Citibank with new policy they just would not get it right.  Citibank even forced charged a policy on me.

2 months ago I received letter from Citibank confirming I have insurance.  And so I thought all was OK.  Forget it.  I receive calls from 1-858-283-8074 daily, seven days a week, all hours.  One weekend I was out and upon return had 19 calls.  Never a message.  I made the mistake of picking up one night, 9PM, and it was a woman asking for may name, account number and so on.  I refused.  She would not provide me any information on the reason for the call..

If this is Citibank it is no wonder they are on the brink of collapse.  I'm looking for a new mortgage lender!!

they called my cell phone, i answered it, and it was a recording telling me that i need to call 800-388-2200 about my account.  called the 800 number, it was citicard.  they asked for my acct number, asked her which one, she said home depot, zales, exxon, etc......... i would not give her any info, she said she could bring up info from my cell number, but it was not in her records, then connected me with customer service, they had no record of my cell number, & when i gave them the number on my caller id, he said it was not a valid citibank phone number.  told me it probably was a phishing call, told me not to answer if they call again, and to  have a nice day !!!

We keep getting these calls with no message, today they called twice and just left hello on our machine!

I get calls from this number 2 or 3 times a day.  It appears to be Florence, KY.
Have no idea who it is or what the purpose of the call might be other than a scam.

I received a call from a machine asking me to stay on the line and wait for a representative. I never do that, if they want to talk to me, they have to try to make an effort to have a person call me. I checked out the number and thought it might be from one of my store card accounts, but they all have recent payments and nothing late on them. If these people call again I will get a call back number and file a report with my states attorney general's office.

If, by some chance these people are actually located in the US and not Canada, then there is a good chance something can be done to stop them, however most of these scammers are to smart to actually be physically located in the US, making it almost impossible to take action.

they call every day 3 times a day. i do not have a citi card account at all, and i am extreamly annoyed having my phone always ringing with 800 numbers

Received 2 calls from this number leaving messages to return the call. One regarding my Union 76 account, the next about my Citi card. I called both accounts to clarify that my account were up to date and in order...and no I.D. Theft had happened. Both Union 76 and Citi said they had no "collections" department or vendor selected to call me about my account.
Just DON'T answer the call or return call the number. DO call your credit accounts to verify no one's accessed your credit line and tell them about this number. Have them "note" it in your account file.

Keep getting this call on my cell, at least 2 or three times a day.  Very few people have my cell number, and I don't have any Citibank accounts. It's getting very annoying!  Our state just started the "Do not call" list for cell phones, so don't know when that will actually take effect, tho it probably won't make any difference to these jerks.

Getting 5-10 Calls a day. I don't have ANY credit card, not a single one.

Keep getting like 10 calls a day from this number. they dont leave voicemail or anything...I just don't pick up..cuz I don't know who it is.
