In the last 3 days all hours of the day and night we have got calls from 859 283-8074, 22 of them to as of right now.  You answer them and no one is there, please quit calling or hire someone that can talk.

We receive multiple phone calls on a daily basis from this phone number.  When answering the phone there is silence then a dial tone.  If the answering picks up, there is never a message left.  We want to know who the heck is calling.  The caller ID identifies the number belonging to "Citibank" and that's all.

We have know idea why we are receiving these calls daily!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roger, we have the exact same problem!!  Every day for weeks now, up to a dozen times a day!

There is never anyone at the other end when we answer the phone.  We are sick of it!!!!!!!!!

You're lucky that you only get 2 or 3 calls per day.  We get at least a dozen!!!

I told the lady once to take me off their data base.   Told her there is no Chuck in the house.   The next day they start calling again.  Creepy thing is that they actually listen to who's on the other end first.  Every time I answer they hang up on.  This goes on and on for weeks now.  I'm tired.  Is there a way I can sue these '[***] **** for harrasing me.  I will not change my phone.  I have  a legit business with my cell phone.  It will impact my customers and my earnings if i should change it to avoid them to stop crank calling me.

They keep calling and sometimes they don't answer the phone.

If this call is legitimately from Citi Cards, they are paying a lot of money in salaries to people who are harrassing their customers.  Especially if they hired another company to make their calls.  Our Shell card paying is due today, and I made the payment YESTERDAY!!!  If I need a reminder, I will set one up on my calendar or my phone, I don't need a "reminder" call from these creeps!!!!

So far today 5/22/12, I have recieved 7 calls from this number.  I answer the phone and who ever or what ever hangs up.  I will take this to a higher power and report this....  The next time this company or what ever it is calls the next call from me will be to verizon...

this # calls my house and cell phone many times per day- when we answer there is no one there and the line drops the connection very annoying!

Don't fall for it. They may even have some of your personal info as a way of LURING you into giving them password. May these people suffer for what they do. What losers.

How interesting that if the people from this KENTUCKY number were threatening a celebrity or someone in congress, our tax payer funded government agencies would ALL over these people, storming into their LOCATION where they are MAKING these calls. But, no....it's just a peons getting scams, we really don't matter do we. Nice to see our government has our backs. There is like 1000's of reports on these scammers yet NOTHING is being done yet.

I'm on the same boat. I don't answer anymore. Just filed a complain with the National Do Not Call registry and will keep doing it everytime they call me.

About 10 calls a day and never anyone on the line when I answer.  Calls start around 8 am and continue throughout the day.  I won't call the number back, but suspect it's a scam.  They never leave a message when I don't answer either.

We were receiving calls from this number for over a few weeks. When we answered, no one was there. I figured it was a robo call trying to verify live numbers for political robocals this fall. Fed up one morning and having some time to deal with the issue, I googled the number and found out it was Citibank. seeing that all my accounts are cuurent. I called them. Here is my suggestion for you.

Call the number back and ask them if they can pull your account up by your phone number. Then give them the number that they are calling you on. When they then ask your name, tell them who you rightfully are and ask that they stop calling looking for the deadbeat that used to have your phone number. For this particular number,Citibank stated that they would remove my number and stop calling When asked how long it would take, she replied that it may take up to 2 hours. Seeing that this is an attempt to collect a debt, being on the Do Not Call list has no bearing. Once you contact the calling party and inform them that the number no longer belongs to the deadbeat, provisions of the DNC list will apply. Total time to place the call and resolve the matter, less than three minutes.Good Luck.

NUMEROUS calls daily. Hangs up as soon as answered.

Even if you tell them you will pay entire balance on payday, they continue to call. Ignore these buzzards...they even call on Sunday mornings. I told them I was getting dressed for church...told them they'd be better off going to church, rather than relentlessly calling on Sunday mornings. Ya gotta feel bad for them...what a horrible job they have... :(

For three days, we've received numerous calls from Florence KY 859-283-8074 which is what shows up on my caller ID. No one answers when we pick up phone. The calls start early in the morning and continue all day!  What can be done about this? We don't have ANY overdue account balances that would require this type of harassment! We don't know who is calling and assume it must be a SCAM!

I received several calls from this number..They are relentless.  They said they were calling about my Citibank Radio Shack account..and wanted to verify my account numbers..Well guess what, I dont have a Radio Shack account...I told the person, who spoke in broken English several times...that no such account exists...finally I had to hang up on her..Obviously this is a scam..

We get atleast 5 calls daily from 859-283-8074. It is identified as coming from "citicard". Even when we answer it, no one speaks on phone. Does anyone know how to stop such calls?

This number keeps calling but no one answers when we pick up. Very, very annoying.
