Annoying calls several times daily with no one on the other end of the line or they hang up.

I got the call twice over the last 4 days. Today I missed the call and called them back. They asked for my phone number which I provided and then my name which I gave only the first name. They said if I new a "Gabriella" which I told them I did not and they said she had this number listed for follow up so disregard the call. He (Travis from Citi cards) also said that he would remove the number and it should take 24 hours so if I receive another call just to disregard it.

That's funny, I do have a Citi-Shell card. They don't leave a message, and they don't say anything when we pick up. I was told if I dial *60, it will block that number.

This number keeps calling me about 8-10 times a day.  When I go to answer it they hang up.  It's getting really annoying to the point I want to fly to Kentucky.

Had to move in with an aging and failing Parent.  Mom had been complaining about recieveing calls but I didn't know how bad until a couple of days later.  25 calls in 5 days.  No one answers when I pick up the receiver,  She doesn't have any credit accounts.   How do you stop them?   Where do you report them?

I have been getting calls from this number at all hours of the day and night.  If it persists I will be contacting a lawyer no matter what the cost is to resolve this.

I get about 8-10 calls a day from this number and everytime we pick up they dont say anything at all...and there has never been a message left. I am going to report harrassment to my local police department

made a payment. but this number has continuously called  non stop.  leaves no message. . says florence ky/ dont knpow anyone there. getting tired of the calls.

called everyday, several times a day from this number, when I don't say hello, they hang up within seconds. Caller ID reports Kentucky. I am current on all my bills.

This is CITICARD collections calling.  It is NOT a scam.  I do not have a active CITICARD account and they are calling me 3-4 times a day.  I spoke to the person on the line and they could not find any reason why they were calling me.  I asked that they stop calling me and was told that there was no open balance on any account and that I did not have any active or open accounts and that the calls would stop.

An hour later the machine called me again.  I spoke to representatives from CITI who sent me to Sears since I used to have a Sears card.  Sears could not find any open accounts and sent me back to CITI.  The new CITI rep found two closed accounts.  Fist was closed because the card was reported lost or stolen.  The second account was closed for inactivity.  I was told the calls would stop.

I checked the number here and saw that this was a scam so I called CITI's internet security phone line.  I was worried that I had given my SSN to some scam.  This person was great.  She called the number that had been calling me and confirmed that it is a CITICARD collections number,  She could not find any reason that I was getting called.  She then submitted a request to remove my phone number from their system completely.  It will take 2-3 days for t his to take effect.  Hoping that will do it.

Calls everyday. I always pick up and say, " hello?" , but no one ever answers me back. I would like to block it.

they called and asked about an account balance i had on a card that was cancelled by citi due to fraudulent use.  they asked if i was going to pay off the balance, so i assume they were going to ask me for payment information if i said i was; but i said i wasn't, as the card was under investigation.

then i received another call a half hour later from another number with a recorded voice saying there was no problem with my accounts and they wanted to offer me lower rates on my other cards

they call sometimes up to 4 or 5 times a night - caller ID just says "Kentucky".  No one ever answers, we pick up, say hello, etc and nothing, no response.

Just got another call from this # - when you try and answer there is no one on the other end of the line - did try and call them back....they don't even know who they're calling for.  Robo calls to the masses - someone somewhere needs to get a better grip on this BLEEP.

These boneheads have been harassing me for the last month or so; when I looked them up I discovered that they are a collection agency and/or Citibank.  Long story short: I do not have any of the credit cards under their umbrella and do not understand why they are making me crazy.  Got calls all day yesterday, easily 6 or 8 and got another couple this morning, on a Saturday.  Reported them to the Do Not Call List for complaints and can only hope they will do something soon.

Tried to call them back but once you're in their phone answering menu, unless you can input a credit card number, you are just out of luck.

I get this call, I don't have any cards. I don't answer any calls I don't know.

I receive about 10 calls from 859 283 8074 daily. No one speaks. When I return the
calls, not one answers. These calls are time consuming and annoying.
