- File Complaint against IQOR with CRTCEveryone getting called by 8662941752 needs to start file complaints with the CRTC. Here is the website: https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-eng . Even though this mentions telemarketing you can still use this. By my interpretation this calling by IQOR is illegal. There messages do not leave information abotu what they want and they do not put you though to a real person if you answer their calls. They are just fishing for people they are trying to find who owe money. They are a collecction agency. I myself received 8 calls/per day. They were looking for someone who used to own my phone number.

- StanislavI just called this number and stated that I want them to stop calling me 10 times a day. Then the agent asked me if my name was such and such and I said no, you got the wrong person. Then she asked me for my phone number and told me that calls will stop within 48 hours.

- Harassed| 1 replyGotten tired of their recorded calls, i called them back from my cellphone that they keep calling. A lady answered and asked me what type of phone my number is (cell, landline) . I said it's a cellphone. She asked me if i was the guy they mentioned the name to me. I said i'm not. She said they'll stop the calls but it will take 48-hrs for their computer to do so. Hoping they do as they said.

- ADHDToday, March 26th, 2012, I have had six (6) calls from this number and am able to block it from my phone base. There is no response when I answer and when I call back I have been getting music for a long period of time. I blocked their number quite some time ago and now even on Sunday mornings I get calls as early as 7:30 a.m.

STEPS ON HOW TO STOP 1-866-294-1752 CALLING YOU EVERYDAY MULTIPLE TIMES!
Okay ladies and gentlemen there is a very simply and easy solution to stop this madness. If you receive calls from these fraudsters everyday and it bothers you a lot, this is what you have to do. It's VERY SIMPLE, EASY AND MOST OF ALL IT WORKS! Call this number and let the operator answer the phone, let them greet you with their standard annoying message for about 3 seconds AND THEN HUNG UP! CALL AGAIN, right away and do the same OVER AND OVER AND OVER again. You have to make AT LEAST 60 calls NON STOP. Once you begin to notice that the operator(s) on the other line aren't even bothering to greet you, you know you are winning.
I was receiving about 6-10 calls from these [***] every single day. They would call me at any time of the day, whether early morning or late in the evening and would leave me 2 seconds voice mail. So a few days ago I decided to fight back and begun calling them erratically, non stop for about 30 minutes. I receive no more calls from them, no voice mail, NOTHING. There are a few reason as to why this method works .... One of them is because every time you call 1 866 number they are being charge for it.
Anyways I will be monitoring this thread to see if my method worked for you. I know it will. Don't even bother talking with the agent asking them to stop calling you, they wont do anything about it. You have to utilize their own dirty tactics against them. We do not negotiate with terrorists...
Thank you!

- Annoyed| 1 replyFor several months I've been getting blocked calls every morning at almost the same time (11:00am). Today they finally phoned without blocking their number and now I know who it is. I don't have voice mail and don't pick up blocked or 800 numbers so up until today I had no idea who as been phoning so incessantly. I did have a dispute with Rogers a couple years ago and cancelled my cellphone plan in the middle of the contract. They wanted close to $2000 for cancelling early which I refused to pay. So I guess some bottom feeding collection agent now has that account. I will just continue to ignore them.
- Annoyed replies to AnnoyedJust to follow up, now that they have called with an unblocked number they are phoning almost every hour (from 2 different numbers). Got their first call at 7:30 AM this morning and last night as late as 8:00 PM. I'm more than annoyed now!
- DawnI get called from these [***] all the time and it usually consists of me answering the phone and saying "hello" three times and then they say "stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly" or call the 1-866 # back. If you douches really wanted to talk to me so bad you would have a live effin person call me personally and give me a file # or more information. Noone with brains is going to give you losers info when you ask for. Very unprofessional organization in my opinion.

- Annoyed!I took Stanislav's advice and called back nonstop and hung up from my cell phone about 70 times. It was quite amusing to hear the operators grow more and more angry. I'm yet to find out if this worked, and if the calls will stop, but I sure hope so! Calling a 16 year old, 8 times a day, starting at 7 AM? Unbelievable!

- Constant Harassment for a Wrong NumberThese people started calling me out of nowhere. I believe it's because I have a recycled number. Regardless, they've been calling me three times a day, every day, for a month. They usually call around noon- when I'm still in class. My phone is always in my locker because we are not allowed to answer during class. The message is an electronic one, along the lines of, "This is [company name that I can never hear] and you MUST call us back at 1 888 294 1752 or [I can never catch this either, but I think it's a threat]." They immediately hang up at that point, expecting that I caught the number. I just managed to catch the number today.
Hearing the stories about these guys, though, I don't think I'll be calling them back!- Call type: Debt collector
- Sounds Good replies to StanislavI'd try that, but I'm on a cellphone with limited minutes. I don't want to give them my home phone number, too! What if I call them on my cell just once...?
- Reject listThese idiots call me every day, starting at around 7 am.. Thank God for a Reject list !!! Since I added this number, I sleep better :)

- bingoI GET THIS NUMBER CALLING HERE TWO TO FIVE TIMES A DAY. THIS GOT TO BE STOPPED. IF THIS NUMBER DO NOT STOP CALLING, I WILL GET ACTION BY CALLING THE POLICE. THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WHEN THE ANSWERING MACHINE PICKS UP
- JeffThese ass-wipes just called my girlfriend's phone.....wait for it.....67 times today. TODAY. That isn't a typo, that's SIXTY SEVEN times, in ONE DAY.
She's added them to the "blocked caller" list, and the phone and number are on the "no call" list, yet they STILL call. Here's the kicker. We've been living overseas for the last half decade, and we DEFINITELY have no debts that need to be chased up. They are likely calling for the owner of the number prior to us buying it, but that persistence is definitely some form of professional harassment.- Call type: Debt collector
- JohnGot call from ICOR saying I owe $9,000 going back to 1999 for 407ETR. Spoke to 407 ETR and no such amount outstanding under my name. They are calling my work place and I don't know how to stop them.
I wish some one put this people out of business.- Caller: ICOR
