I started receiving calls from them when I switched my number. Just my luck that I inherited the number of some deadbeat or whatever.

On my Android phone I added them to my contacts and set them to go to voicemail. That, at least, stops me from being annoyed by my phone ringing and vibrating whenever they call.

I'm in no danger of being prosecuted or whatever. They're looking for someone that isn't me - and I've not used this number anywhere for money-lending purposes.

I don't know who the call is from because by the time I get the phone to my ear, the recording is playing.  the recording states that I need to call them back urgently.  I believe this is a fraudulent call and have reported it to Bell Mobility as such.

They call 3-4 times per day or more.  This is definitely abuse.

I have no idea why they started calling me.  I've had the number for some time but just upgraded to an iPhone.  Next thing you know they start calling me multiple times per day.

The first time I complained to Bell Mobility, I was told they could not block the number from calling me. The tech was nice enough to try to help me block them from my phone (doesn't work) but coincidently they stopped calling me.

This week, they started again.   I reported the number on the CRTC Fraudulent calling site.  Until I looked here, I did not know that this was ICOR or IQOR calling, I would only hear the recording portion telling me that it was URGENT that I call them back immediately.

I called Bell Mobility again today as the frequency of calls has increased again.  Again they tell me that they cannot block the number but I insisted that they do something and the tech has reported the number to their Fraud Department.  He again tells me to use iBlocker on the iPhone to block from my unit.  I cannot locate the app that would do this.  iBlocker is a game app from what I can see.

Will hope that CRTC and/or Bell Mobility Fraud departments will get this to stop.

This number came up, and I did call them back and I spoke French to this person she says I don't speak French, so I changed to English and still I couldn't make out what she was saying, so here is the first problem with this company if you can't speak either of our Canadian languages French or English then maybe you should go back to the [***] hole of a country you came from as we don't want you here!!!

We have receiving calls for about a year.  We let any 800 or similar call numbers ring through to our answering machine.  This number never leaves a message.  I've re4ad that it a credit company calling from the U.S.A..  We do not  owe anyone any money but our paperboy.  Lately, because we are on the"do not call list"  we have reporting every call to the C.R.T.C..  We tried to get our local M.P. involved, but he just ignored us.  How do these people get our number in the first place?

There is a book called "The Wolf at the Door" by Mark Siverthorn, who was a lawyer for collection agencies.  In his book, he says that you don't have to give them any information, or answer the call. These people are paid on commission for how many accounts they can collect on. That is why they try to intimidate you.

If you do have accounts in collections, ask them for WRITTEN proof that you owe the money and that they have the right to collect it. If you do owe money, it is in your best interest to contact the company you owe the money to and try to make some sort of deal or payment arrangement with them instead. Each province has a different time period where the debt is no longer collectible. This book costs $22 at Chapters, but it is worth it for the peace of mind it gives you and the information it contains.

    Someone stop these criminals!
I am getting 3 calls a day on average from this illegitimate organization. The best advise I can give to everyone is to block this number if you have a phone that supports this feature. When everyone ignores their calls, this might hopefully give them less means of further pursuing their criminal deeds.
