not one day that goes by that this number keeps showing up on my phone,i do not know who it is ,sure wished there was a way to find out who is trying to get ahold of me.

OMG, I got the same call from my Rogers cell and they were asking for "Randy" too!

I just received a new company cell phone for business purposes and I can't even make calls unless they are on the contact list. About a week after receiving it, I started getting phone calls on the cell. It was a females recorded voice that either got in contact with me personally or left a message on my voice mail. The message basically stated that I must get back to them immediately and the same 866 number as what you received. I'm getting very fed up with this as this cell phone is the only device that the calls come in on. I work for a major multinational corporation and I will report this to them. Maybe an organization like PhoneBusters or the cell phone provider will take action against them.

could the authorities please investigate this company, as it is against the laws to harassass people all hours of the day.

police?
ministry of consumer affairs, consumer protection branch?
better business bureau?
small claims court?
their phone company's customer service department?

they each take complaints.

This is how we do it......

Call 1 866 294-1752

Read this to the Person picking up the Phone at ICORE Canada:

" Please be advised this call is recorded for Quality Assurance Purpesos.
 May i have your Full Name and your Phone Number please. "

Regardless what the Person will say to you it will not be there Full Name or Phone Number so read this next to them:

"Sir/Miss i can NOT help you if you do NOT cooperate! First i need to know your Full Name and your Phone Number to know if i can disclose any further Information with you!"

Than just repeat untill they hang up:

"I need your Full name and Phone number to be able to help you. You need to cooperate you can not hide forever you owe us an explanation."

.......or get lucky and wright there phone number and full name down and start calling them at home with the same story.

i just got a call and they say i owe money, and they want immediate payment, donot know who they are, only said his name was iqor.

I got a call from these people this morning - as with all calls that come from a number I don't recognize when they asked for me I pretended to be somebody else and then said I was out.  When I asked if <me> would know what this was about the lady on the other end said yes and gave me the callback number.

Yes, I do owe money but I also know who the collection agency in that particular case is - and it isn't IQOR.  I'm glad that I googled the number because the next time the number comes in I either won't answer it or I will demand all the information I can get from them.

They call and call for someone i do not know and they keep calling. I have a neat trick to make their life miserable a bit. I use skype and i mute my microphone and i call them let them answer then hang up after 10 seconds and call them again. you do that 100 times every day. It's free on skype and they do not gat any call display.

This is not the first time I have had this problem with ICORE Canada calling my Mother's cell phone. Earlier this year they also harassed her with endless calls daily, and I finally got a chance to tell them that the person they were looking for is NOT at this number! Now they're back at it again... This pathetic collections agency calls my mother's cell phone at LEAST 3 times a day!

OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE HASN'T DOCUMENTED THE FILE CORRECTLY... ANNOYING INGRATES.

I don't know how they got her cell phone number, she barely gives it out to anyone, she never gives this information on any applications form or anything. She has had this cell phone number for 2 years now.

They are such a terrible collection agency.. They don't even do their research properly.

June 21st, 9:27am: They called and I answered right away. I said 'Hello' and there was a short delay before a woman with an Indian accent replied and told me 'This is ICORE Canada calling...'. I cut her off right away, told her "You have the wrong number..." and "...PLEASE DO NOT CALL BACK."

June 22nd, 8:15am: They called and, again, I answered right away. I said 'Hello' and there was silence. Nobody answered on the other line and the call was disconnected after 6 seconds.

GO MAKE YOUR COMMISSION ELSEWHERE, YOU LOW-LIFE LOSER WHO HAS TO MAKE A LIVING IN A CALL CENTRE!!!

Wow, collection agencies are quite the charmers...

Perhaps you should relay the message to one of your supervisors or the director of the call centre that you all need to research your collection candidates a little bit better! Or perhaps need a refresher training class for documenting the files appropriately.

I've read through many of the complaints about this number on this site. Majority of the people claims that the caller asked for a different person! How do you guys even get these numbers? Are you just so desperate to get a bit of commission that you will pull up any random number and just *hope* that it's the person you're looking for?!

Slime.... Phone me from 7:30am to 9pm. Too cowardly to leave a message. Just ignore them.

verify a faulse address with these people when they call. And I almost guarintee they will will get on with "the reason for there call" at that time try and find out there location ect. by asking there time zone for call back ect.  find a way to get there fax number to file a ceist and desist. Once you have faxed a letter stating ceist and desist all calls too this number (include your phone number) they legally can place ONE more call too confirm the fax was recived. If they ever call back that number again they have broken the fair debtor act of canada and its grounds to shut the whole place down not to mention the fine they face. Once you have hte fax# you can trace there location easily. Fax the letter from a publicl used fax not personal/work as they still are able to contact through letters. Make a complaine to your district attorney / attorney general office also as they are the people too talk too and better business buro

We got calls from this number twice per day and every time we answered the call there was either nobody there or there was somebody their listening but didn’t say anything.  This is really annoying!!!!!!!!!

Same thing. They told me i owed them $224 and i told them to send me a bill! They have yet to do that and they keep calling me!

Apparently I owe them money for an old Rogers account that I haven't had since 2007.
Uh, no I don't think that I owe YOU 1200 bucks.  Go [***] yourself.  I got 12 calls today alone.  I really need this to stop NOW.

This is what really happenin in Canada right now.Nobody cares about harrassment calls from agancies.Police doesnt have a law to nail em up for rude calls at morning and night.The only thing we can do  is just complain about that right here.
