Told me I needed to pay the $50 deductible for new one. I've only been with Sprint a week and the phone died within 5 days so told the guy on the phone to stick it and going to Verizon.

- TeresaTThis number is from Sprint Customer care. If you have recently made any changes to your account, upgraded your phone, added a line, etc., they are just calling for you to take a survey. It takes 2 minutes out of your day so just do it and they'll leave you alone! Plain and simple.

received this 866-542-6911 with no answer on the other end. It
looks like a little courtesy by Sprint is in line on this one.
As far as poor customer service go's I have one that will beat
them all it is called (MEDIACOM CABLE SERVICE.) - DonAt least leave a message so we know who is calling us. I hate these
deaf & dumb phone calls. You ought to read the comments on this number. - diankeep calling and hanging up.......
- HawkBuxThe number is from Sprint Customer Care to assure you had a quality experience from their agent, just as several before me have stated. Usually when I have gotten these calls I have been able to respond and get responses back, whether I answer or I return the call; however, this time it has not worked for me when I attempted dialing back. It causes me to wonder if there is an issue with the dialer.
As for Sprint as a company, I have had their wireless service for about 6 years since leaving Verizon. The only issue I have ever had with their customer service was with a land line agent, and that was well before that. I have never had any of the billing issues that I have seen claimed here, but I did have issues with Verizon ripping me off and not allowing me to cancel. Even in that instance, I have to assume partial blame, as I did not read every piece of mail that they were sending me. If a customer sticks his or her head in the sand and expects ignorance to be a protector...well, it is no defense.- Caller: Sprint Wireless

- SukkitupSo if people are getting calls from this number several times a month, that means they are calling Sprint several times a month; therefore, they must need a lot of support on their plans or be complainers. Either way, it seems like they would want to answer the survey each time. As for Sprint keeping good customers by not calling back to ask you to participate in a survey, I would think that would put you in the category of "Complainer" at which time I would wonder why a person might label themselves as a "good customer." Remember, Sprint fired about 5000 customers a few years ago, and I don't see where this has hurt them. Right now, they have the best value out there if you are using a variety of services. Might be time to suck it up.
