It's only a matter of time. As far as the jackazz that made the comment about no company being able to satisfy that man, it's scum like you that has made this planet a hellhole. No one should have suffer having their time stolen from them against their wishes and forced to spend more time to insure that behavior does not continue. You sir enter into my life and cost me time and I SCREW YOUR LIFE UP, that should not bother a smuck like you who has too much time anyway.     they've called me 3 times since I changed my plan, yesterday.  I didn't answer the first two times.  Then the last time I did answer, but there wasn't a response.

    This is the first time I've heard bad comments about Sprint, I've been with them for quite awhile and am very happy with them, I think their customer service is excellent!! (and I've used their customer service quite a few times, the people are  curteous, knowledgable, speak and understand English!) T-Mobile is the company I'd bi%$! about!!! Worse company on this planet....

    this is an automated system that you get every time you call to ask when your service contract is up.  you will also get a blizzard of mail within a very short time frame, that you normally wouldn't get.  it's targeted to you, and not to 'or current resident'  it is them trying to keep you.  if you get this call then sprint knows they are about to lose your business.  you should take this call and give them the worst possible ratings as you can, because then they ask you for verbal input.  then you can cuss and say the most atrocious horrible things.  the machine asked what sprint could do to improve service.  so i told them, they could get every sprint employee and every sprint employee's family members and at the exact same time slit their own throats and die, women and children first.  it's SO MUCH FUN.  be as hateful and vile and nasty as you can.  sprint is the WORST of the worst.  there is not a "good" cellular service.  ATT is merely the least horrible.  but at least sprint gives you the opportunity to say the most vulgar things you can and it records this, so some spokesmodel is probably transcribing this right now.  hehehehehehe i love it when these big McCorporations ask me for feedback.  the only feedback i give is with my marshall 100 watt stack and fender strat, right in your ears.  rock in and hope everyone at sprint gets AIDS and dies homeless, in the street, starving to death, selling their children for sex, and then they freeze to death and die alone,  yaaaaay punk rock forever nevermindthebollocks f you i won't do what you told me

    just got the phone call.  Glad to get an answer at this site.  And after having 6 of the last 12 monthly bills having over-charges totaling more than $1000, I too find their company worthy of Chapter 11

    sprint has one of the worst customer service departments i have ever dealt with i have been with sprint for 8 years and in the last 2 years my bill has never been the same charging me for text and i have unlimited but refuse to take the charges off the i have to talk to cancel dept and then spend hours not min on phone with them and charging me for data use for pic and i have data plan when contract is up no way will i stay this is the worst company ever. dont sign with them you are looking for trouble if you do.

    That same #, 866-542-6911, called me twice also and left no voicemail.  I won't answer suspicious calls like that since I learned that foreign #'s can somehow push hundreds of dollars of charges onto your cell bill simply for answering the phone.  With taking 45 minutes to ever get minimally through to Sprint customer service, this is an uphill battle I choose to avoid whenever possible.  I agree that their customer service is ridiculous.  I have sometimes had good luck with them, but more often than not I get transferred around like a volleyball to folks whose English is difficult to understand.  I really hate it when I get canned responses from a person that they constantly read and re-read from some screen on their computer instead of listening in the first place.  Oh well, it's the only cell service that works in my husband's work place so we're stuck.

    Just got that call on my work phone. I have been getting more and more BS calls about random s%$T I do nothing with. And now to get this call and then to answer it and NOT have someone answer you back is some CRAP. At least if they call they should say something.

    honestly if a person, or in this case a sprint customer can be specific about the plan they need when they sign up in the first place, then when they call in at least have the decency to allow the customer service agent an opportunity to fix the problem or explain how charges incurred everyone would be more satisfied.  but when you have a problem on your bill and you call in screaming at the first agent who answers the phone of course they are not going to want to give you the "courtesy" adjustment. when someone calls me in particular w/ a problem on the bill like they are being over charged or charged for wrong services, i don't have a problem trying to resolve it. and if a credit or adj is justified, then not a problem you will get the adjustment .  but when you pay your bill late all the time and always over mins and don't want to change your plan then scream and cuss at us bc we won't fix it, then you have deeper problems than sprint.

    and by the way, if you truly have a problem then answer the 866 # from sprint. it is a customer service survey and if you truly got horrible service then that is your opportunity to address it.  when you get a survey call and leave your feedback, the information whether good or bad ends up going back to that agent's supervisor for additional training, and usually within just a few days.  so if you want your service provider to do more to meet your needs, then let us know what they are instead of being ugly to whoever was unlucky enough to get your call that day. one agent is not responsible for sprints billing practices or service coverage or even responsible for what some airhead in a store told you.  if you need clarifcation on your plan questions about your bill, or even just to vent we are there to help you get through it. other than that if you just want to be nasty then call your therapist.--THANK YOU THAT'S ALL!!
