The HTC Touch sucks.  the keyboard is horrible. You have to touch like four keys to select very common symbols like the @ and .  The keyboard on an iphone looks almost identicle to a pc keyboard.  Don't ever compare an HTC to an iPhone.  Not even close.

I have had Sprint for over 10 years.  Most of the time, people that complain about the service or the company are [***] idiots that can't manage money or figure out how their own plans are supposed to work.  I was in the military and Sprint worked great no matter where I was stationed.

I have had Sprint in Las Vegas for over 8 years. Never have I experienced bad phone service or bad customer service. Not sure what people are talking about. I just renewed my contract, but was shopping other carriers before I did. To get close to the same plan we have (3 phones) I would be spending over $120 extra am month. A friend of mine has At&T and he constantly drops calls. He always blames it on me, but it does it on my land line also all the time.

I have phone service with Sprint forever and I never have a problem with them. They actually gave me a good deal on text messaging package couple days ago. I don't mind conducting a survey but this non stop calling is really a pain in the neck. First, they should have a third party to conduct the survey if they really care about their business. Secondly, if they call and no one answers the phone, they should call back in a week or so, not everyday until they got what they wanted. and finally, by CA state Law, they could not call their customers whenever they wanted to. I believed that it had to be after 5pm and before 9pm. Sprint, if you're out to try to get rid of me as your customer, this kind of service really pushes me to the edge.

SDguy---the actual California Telemarketing hours are from 9am to 9pm and there is a third party vendor that performs the survey on Sprint's behalf.  There are only 3 attempts to perform the survey after a customer calls into Sprint's Customer Care.

Wouldn't mind if they would at least talk to you - but if they want a survey shouldn't there be someone on the other end to ask a question?  Tough answering the business phone all day with customers and there is no one there!!!  Customer service has been ok for sprint, but there text / picture mail plan stinks - $75 data useage fees every month on 5 phones because someone from verizon sent you a picture defeats the purpose of having picture mail - who wants to go online to see your pictures?????????twits

actually consumer cellular is a much better deal than sprint, no contracts FTW! and of course you can use any unlocked GSM phone there (e.g. iphone)

It's just sprint calling for a survey for recently using customer service.  I didn't answer at first either but it's no biggie; especially when you recall that they ask during your talk with customer service if they can call you back for a brief survey.

    pissed off
SPRINT SUCKS go with another provider, beware..customer service goes to India not the US unless it's billing..no wonder they only let Americans answer when they want your money

You'd think they'd give up calling the same number over and over again after you don't pick up after 3 times or something...

Strange, I receveived 2-3 calls from, 866-542-6911, this AM, SAT.  AUG-15-2009.

Why would Sprint CustServ call, not leave a message and not identify itself?  That's an [***]-ine practice for any company to say the least.  Seems rather suspicous but not worth pursuing.

    thxs for the info everyone.

Wow, the bitter net is alive and well. Will you guys please remember that these are people too? Not all of them are great, but you take the good and the bad. I am sure not all of you here are amazing at your job, now are you? Do you think that someone ever says you suck at your job too? Geez lay off.

If its a problem, ANSWER THE F'IN PHONE! I cannot believe some of you idiots! I am sure you guys are so busy on twitter and facebook you can't pry yourselfs away from the computer for two f'in seconds.

it is a customer service survey...so if you have such an f'in problem with them, why don't you take the survey? You can get all the bitterness out and chances are the number will stop calling! You complain about being an automated machine, but its automated BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! WHY WASTE PAYING AN EMPLOYEE TO CALL IF NO ONE ANSWERS?

YOU GUYS JUST PROVE THAT IGNORANCE IS ALIVE AND WELL!

YOU EVER SEEN IDIOCRACY? ITS GOING TO HAPPEN SOOOOOOOOON! KEEP REPRODUCDING!

Employees are not the issue or problem (for me). I'm very happy with
my Instinct, Sprint full package, and reception (and I didn't have to
spend hours reading fine print).  Before Sprint, ATT "served" me and was
the absolute worse reception anywhere, albeit others I've spoken with
    are satisifed with ATT.

I get occassional calls mistakenly dialed.   Repeated calls by an unknown
caller, no ID, wastes my time. Ever heard of answering machines .. leave a
message if you're Customer Service. Isn't that what customer service is about?? Communication with the customer, not the other way around.
It's a policy issue not people.

I looked this up while my cell was still ringing and found this site information, I wrote earlier today that people on either side of the Sprint/VerraZon divide had it good/bad with either, but I've had far better customer service in 2 years with Sprint than just 1 month under VerraZon after the Alltel merger [which itself had been better than that V-zon crew], and yesterday had to give V-zon the boot and go back to Sprint data card internet for their lousy service that jacked me up for 3 whole days and over $200 lost income.  Why it seems Sprint called my cell looking for feedback is a mystery, but maybe next time [if any] I'll answer it.  V-zon can go take one w/out lube.

Thanks for letting me know, I too thought it was collections, I thought that it would come through as Sprint too, the guy I talked to did tell me they were going to call about the survey which I was fine with, but yeah, I don't like being scared and feeling stalked all day!  We've been with them for 7 or 8 years now and have had very few problems.

They called me 2 X today ... no messages.  Not sure what the point of that is ... Will check my online bill to see if they are making unauthorized changes.

Not really happy with them as I was tracking minutes used on my phone + 1 add a phone for the 5 days before my billing cycle ended.  I was well under my anytime minutes (600 for combined usage) each of the 5 days and certainly before my bill cycle ended. (50 + minutes in reserve).  Was checking with #4 on phone and my online account www.sprintpcs.com.

Got my paper bill ... 62 minutes over on the anytime minutes.  Total BS.  I sent them an email ... asking for detailed billing information on each call for the period.  I then asked for confirmation  / verification that what info I get using #4 and online (their site) is accurate minute usage not including the most recent 24 hours.

Their record keeping stinks ... I would be out of business if I displayed / made available one set of numbers and then sent a paper invoice for more, with a penalty.
