same story. no mesaage up to 3 unsolicted calls a day. no message left. will probably go to another carrier for numerous reasons

I appreciate this web site.

I have used Sprint for over 10 years and have been very pleased.  Anytime an issue arose they took care of it, without arguing.  One time I went to Mexico and thought I would get $.10 minute with my phone (the rep I called before we left miscommunicated) and when I came back my bill was over $100 higher than normal.  They took care of it right away. They've even let me upgrade early at times.

Calls my phone several times a day while I'm working and without leaving a message.  Stop the phone calls

I just got a ring, no VM call. I had a customer service issue that was taken care of yesterday so this must be the reason for the call. I've got a really old "Free and Clear" family plan that the retention department keeps adding goodies to every 2 years so I'll stay. I haven't been dissatisfied with the service, customer service is spotty but things get resolved.. BUT, it's irritating stuff like calls with no caller id that make me look at other providers every 2 years!

And with my kid coming off the plan in May, this plan becomes too pricey...

If this # is from SPRINT then just leave a message...otherwise I will not p/u the line!I do not trust 800/866 numbers.Or just TEXT me, or.....................

It is not a person. It is an automated voice survey system. They will continue to call until you answer.

I called Sprint, the real company.  Customer service tried to call this number for me and just got a busy signal.  Sprint denies any partnership with this number.  Sprint advised me to register the number on the Donotcall.gov website so it won't bother you anymore.  Unfortunately, it seems Sprint customers are being targeted without Sprint knowledge.

Forgot to mention that when you do Google this phone number it takes you to a website that looks like a Sprint website, but, its not.

Sprint has a way of billing,that if you noty aware of it will get you over use and .45 cents a minutes kicks in I had to pay a hundred dollars for this glitch'''''pay your bill and its not kicking in clean til a later date which they keep changing-That .45 cent a minute is predatory'''''they should have a big notice on the screen as to YOU ARE EMPTY OF MINUTES'''''and a button you would have push to OK going at the new .45 cent rate'''''it makes for good customer relations'''''as if they cared about such a real thing as this''''They are a predatory phone company''''only out for the bucks'''''mk

sprint calls me from this number once a month or so.
they have changed my bill once aswell with no notice. from 49.99 a month to 54.99.

This number calls and calls and never leaves a message?

I just received a call from this number. No message.  If it is Sprint, I assume it is a follow-up to my call to customer service over the weekend.  Customer service is OUTSOURCED to ANOTHER COUNTRY.  That is why the customer service is so horrendous.  I told her I was switching service.  EVERYONE IN AMERICA should leave Sprint (and any other company that outsources).  AMERICANS need jobs here in the USA.  Too many people are suffering in our country for these companies to be sending work overseas.

STAND UP AMERICA!  If you all walk, they will have no choice but to stop outsourcing.

It's not sprint people.  Sprint would SHOW UP in their own caller ID system, they would not send you an automated message asking you to hit a number for language, and then hang up after 2 seconds when you don't verify that the number is real.

It is most likely something trying to verify your number is legit to scam/spam you etc.

Sprint should take action though cause these people are apparently doing a good job defacing the companies name.
