it is just a survey on the customer service you received either when you called sprint or when you visited a store and added a line or got a new phone....if you call it back it tells you it will not be charged to your bill.

if you read your bill it tells you that there is a 5.00 a month charge for the spending limit accounts.

please tell me who is calling this phone

its not sprint. I dont have a sprint phone and i dont get involved with sprint it keeps calling for a month now every other day

Horrible!!!   ***Anyone who has sprint needs to watch their final bill - because supposedly they bill 1 month ahead for your "billing plan"  so your final bill should be for usage only.  I know many people who have not known this and been taken by Sprint***

Yet another 866 phone number call numerous times per day.  This has to STOP

for all you dumbfounded idiots out there saying itsjust a call from sprint to make you use your minutes, you don't even use your minutes when you receive a call from sprint. stop calling them annd bitching so much and you'll  stop receivng the call.

They call you after you utilized their customer service.  They are just asking for feedback.  No big deal...they won't stop until you answer though.

They ccall and leave a message of english press 1 and then you do and it says the same thing..

As stated several times above, this is Sprint customer service calling you to see how you were treated during a previous call that you placed to their customer service or technical service departments.

All you need to do is take the survey and that's it.  No more calls.

If you miss the call, call them back from your sprint phone and take the survey and that will also stop them calling you.

Keeps calling and leaves no message.

Agree, sprint and time warner customer service sucks!!!

25 June 2010, they called me today at 6:48pm, 2:46pm and 10:42. Left no message, I might have to put on the 800 block.    

Just the other day I was looking into adding a new phone to my plan, Sprint wants $99 for thier phone, so I did a search and went to Wirefly and found the same phone for free.  Wirefly is a Sprint dealer, I call Sprint and asked why Wirefly can sell it for free and you can not?  Sprint told me that Wirefly can get better deals when they buy from the dealer direct.  Okay!  Sounds like Sprint is really taken care of their customers.

I answered this number and no one was there.  I absolutely hate calls on MY cell phone that are not from friends or colleagues of mine.  That certainly does not include the cell phone company if they are not willing to answer the phone.  Lately I have been plaqued by uninvited calls on my cell phone and if what I am reading is correct, my phone provider is now doing the same.  What a bunch of crap!!!!!!  I already have cancelled my text message service since I was being charged for text messages from people that don't seem to want to talk.  It may soon be necessary to cancel my phone service and only receive messages of importance on my home phone( or by mail since I have rarely received messages that were truly urgent at any time on my cell phone).

IT IS SPRINT...CALL THEM AND TELL THEM TO TAKE YOU OFF THEIR MAILING LIST!  ALSO NEVER ANSWER A NUMBER YOU DO NOT KNOW.  SPRINT CALLS ALWAYS START WITH 866

This number called me a few times but it's not all that bad...They probably don't have abything better to do besides call people 2 or 3 times a day but hey, they gotta eat too! By the way, check out the name... STOP CALLING ME IF YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE TO TELL ME WHY YOU ARE CALLING!!!
