This is just Sprint calling to survey you about customer care received.  I called Sprint Customer care, and they told me that I may receive a survey regarding my phone call with them.  No biggie, I guess some people are really disturbed by this.  I am a customer, so I am happy they care enough to ask my opinion on their service.

me too.  If they call during my free time, I will answer, otherwise, no way.

Got 3 calls yesterday and 2 today I'm sh*t out of luck cause I called Sprint twice and spoke to two different reps. Does that mean I'll be getting twice as many survey calls????

I agree with that. But they can get away with it because some people will not catch it right away...or even at all. Even if a person misses it on one bill they get to charge that person 9.99 now think of how many customers they have that they are getting 9.99 off of.

yes it was sprint. they are sneaky.... they ask for a phone number to call back in case we are disconnected but what they really want it for is a customer sat survey - they have been calling day and night. just because of that, they get all "1"s.

Why are they based in Overland Park, KS? Why not in the real world where you can go down there and actually talk to them?

Apparently, getting as far away from your customer base as possible is important to Sprint.

I keep getting calls from this number when you call back it's a sprint customer service and you can't get a human on the phone. I have NEVER had a sprint account and WILL NEVER after all these phone calls. They are  in the USA LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH!!!

Called my cell two times and did not leave a message.

This is an automated service that asks you to take a survey on your experience with a recent visit/call to the company. Customer satisfaction is a big part of organizations now so that's a main focus not only with Sprint, they give me five star service!!

I received two calls from this number in the past two days.  When I answered the call, no one came on the other end.  Who is calling me from this number.  I called the number and this is apparently a Sprint number with a recording to answer questions.  If you want questions answered, answer your phone with a real person.

Again theyv'e called me.   I answered the last call a couple days ago and actually talked to the representative.  I told her that I wasn't happy woth the new cell phone or the reception.  Then again they called at 8pm.  No message on my cell phone.  I will call Sprint to let them know I will change my service if they call me again.

Saturday:  My day off.  10:30 a.m.  Sprint is calling again!!!   Didn't answer the cell.  They didn't leave a message.
