Saturday:  My day off.  10:30 a.m.  Sprint is calling again!!!   Didn't answer the cell.  They didn't leave a message.

Leave a message if you're a legitimate caller!
Sheesh... who wants to trace numbers to see if it was important.
Just one call so far.

I have received several calls from 866-542-6911 and fortunately wasn't available at the time. How does one stop these calls?

ive been a sprint customer since 2006 best plans okay phones but as of now they do have better phones. ANYWAYS..yea just got a call from this number, is it really sprint?

They also call me and no msg at all.

This is very annoying every day and night no message sent this has to stop this is a very nasty way of harrassing you for nothing

OMG! The world is going to end if you get too many annoying calls. What are we going to do?!?!?! The things people try to busy themselves with these days.....

They called and never leave a messages don't know who is it.  Very annoying. Is there any to get them to stop calling.

this number called me 12/21 at 12:46 I ignored the phone call they didn't leave a message
they called again 12/22 at 3:43 while I was at work and didn't leave a message
called AGAIN 12/22 at 7:47 while eating dinner and didn't leave a message

who calls three times and doesn't leave a message? who is this!!!!??? so obnoxious and annoying!!

I just got a call from this number and (like many of you) wondered why I was getting calls from an 866- area code -- especially on my cell phone!

Turns out it's an automated call from Sprint, calling to conduct one of those "Rate your experience with us on your recent call to our service center" surveys.

It's Sprint just trying to make sure they're keeping their customers happy.

Exactly.  The customer service representative that I spoke with warned me that I might get a call to take a survey, which I said I would.  Unfortunately for him (he was very helpful), I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the call.

Apparently, Sprint customers are so uptight that they can't be bothered by anything and let the smallest issues ruin their day.  Either answer and do a quick survey or don't, but give up the incessant whining.

The two posts above are exactly correct (follow-up from Sprint Customer Service experience).  I once got one of these calls after having a bad Sprint customer service experience where the agent refused to credit me for charges I didn't believe I was responsible for.  So I told the guy making the follow-up call that my experience was AWFUL and he was able to help me immediately, apologized, and even gave me the $300 credit on my account I was unable to get from the person I talked to a day or two before.

got a phone call from this number and no voicemail was left.  They called back to back and still no message was left for me to return their call.

They had some of the worst customer service of any company for a long time so they implement a survey feature to fix it and you guys act like its a freaking telemarketer or bill collector...

Answer the phone or even call it back and rate the CSR you dealt with. If they where good they deserve the high marks if they where bad someone needs to know.

Finally a company allows you to give feedback and you guys act like its the end of the world.

Its costs you NO minutes, you can just call the number back and it will start the survey.

This number has called me once today and two other times over the past month. They leave a voicemail saying, "for spanish press two" (but in spanish) and then they just hang up. :(
