Automated message from sprint - "No charge for this call" options for English & Spanish. I contacted them recently re: dead spots where i live - probably a follow-up survey call, but since I didn't recognize the number, didn't answer. O well.

I've received 4 calls in 2 days. They left message in Spanish. Very distracting when driving.

hey, this number has called my cell phone without leaving a message, I am just curious to know how I can identify the caller real phone number, that is it. thanks

This is Sprints customer satisfaction number. Anytime you talk to one of their representatives you will get a follow-up call from this number. Its just a 6 question quick survey so you can compliment or dis the person who last tried to help you. It is not a collection call

I just called Sprint and they are trying to block all calls from this phone number.  Let's see if it works.  The middle of the night phone calls are making me crazy...

This is just a courtesy call in regards to the customer service help I had activating a new phone.

I've been with sprint for about 10  years and have never had bad customer service. I only dealt with one  rep who didnt know his @$$ from this elbow but once I asked to speak to someone else, it was dealt with immediately and I even got a credit on the account for having to listen to 4 minutes of idiocy. Also as for the premium messaging bs.. those are that text message crap you see on your tv like text "love" to 11111 for your mail order bride or whatever they are. So you accept sprints terms when you do those messages. You can have them blocked.

LOL..... ACTUALLY I have to take up for Sprint. I have been very very happy with thier customer service. Not in the store but when I call in. there has been 2 problems, that I have actually admitted were really my problem not thiers and they still made it up to me. once they credited my account $250 as an I'm sorry girft. There has been 3 months during my contract that I was short on cash and they gave me an extra MONTH to pay them THREE DIFFRENT TIMES! never charged me a service fee or late fee on those months either. I have been with AT&T, Metro PCS, Verison, and Virgin Mobile in the past and Sprint has by far had the best customer service and I am always happy to tell them so. On the other hand, it is annoying that it doesnt show on caller ID when this number calls in.... lol....

Rich is correct. I called Sprint to have a service change yesterday and the customer service rep asked if I would answer a questioner to see how she did with her service to me. I said yes as she gave me great care and a call back to finish my changes and was right on time.
So if you contacted them recently that is what they are doing.I have been with Sprint since before cell phones and have never had a problem with them. That's why I stay there.

I have not spoken to a person at Sprint in 3 months. And I certainly have not heard any message that I may be contacted with a survey when dealing with Sprint's automated service while I paid my bill.

I recieved one today.  Same number.  At the end of speaking with the representative, he did ask if i would take a survey.  Chances are I wasnt really listening and said yes.  Oh well, good service regardless...havent had any major problems in almost six years...and the service has improved

They started calling me right after I registered our new account with them online. I used the app Mr. Number to block their calls and others. It works.

I was on the phone Sunday for an hour and a half and got passed around 5 times regarding invalid charges added to my bill. They acted like they were being generous by removing HALF of the charges (over 500 dollars).  I was so frustrated by the time I hung up on them, because I told them I was babysitting a five year old and couldn't talk any more but they kept screwing me around.  I repeated this multiple times and finally had to hang up on them.  Not ten minutes later, they called me BACK.  This woman asked me if I could answer positively in a customer survey based on my calls today.  I said NO, absolutely not. She then proceeded to say she was going to remove the request to remove half the charges (a THREAT) if I did NOT answer my survey positively.  It is impossible to articulate the hate I feel towards Sprint keeping me on the phone this long, on my day off, after I repeatedly asked to end the call for a time when I was NOT babysitting.  I have to call them nearly every month for fake charges they add to my bill.
Today my phone is ringing again, it's Sprint, and I am not answering.

I am changing carriers.

So i have had a few calls from them. i recently took my black berry in for servicing- software update. I unfortunately was not the one who picked it up, my mother in law was kind enough to do so while I was in ER. I get home and phone doesn't work.... come to find out when you get a software update, they TAKE your sim card out, and woops, forget to put it back.... Needless to say I was PO'd!
