I got a call from 866-542-6911 to my cell phone and whoever it is didn't leave a message.  I read online the same thing keeps happening to other Sprint customers.

Someone keeps calling my number & message is in Spanish.  Would like them to stop calling.

This number keeps showing up on my cell phone at least once a week without leaving a message.  I wish whom ever it is they would stop calling my number.

Ya know the only good thing about them is that i can call anybody anywhere. But that is it!! and they keep calling me too, and they change my PLAN ALL THE TIME and then expect me to pay for it. I have to yell at them atleast once a month if not more and watch my stuff like a hawk. and I can never go in the store and fix things I ALWAYS have to call them. I miss verizon! if I had a problem they would deal with it. GRRRR

ten minutes ago, got a call from this lovely number. It looks like I am going to get the call again and again later....

it's sprint doing a customer satisfaction survey

I live in Seattle (PST) but have an Indiana phone number (EST) so when they call at 9:50am EST, it is 6:50am PST. That is really frickin' early to be calling. Oh well, my alarm had gone off, but I ignored it the first time. Probably a sign.

Sprint/nextel will be reported to the the attorney general office for such dumb founded services and dumb ooo's CSR for faulty functions within their network as they call it. Stealing hard earn works extra cap monies for their own gain. I am tired of this number showing up on my cell phone with no message at anytime. Looking for another telephone provider to share my buisness and profits with.

Well - I was out of contract with Sprint - so I went to T-mobile and ported my old Sprint number to T-mobile in the process... no problem - except now the friggin' 1-866-542-6911 survey "thinks" I am still with Sprint - which means the survey call to me is *not* a free incoming call because I am no longer a Sprint customer.  So all you folks that think dumping Sprint for another carrier kills the survey calls - nope... not if you port your Sprint number over.  So let's see now, Sprint wants an ex-Sprint cutomer to take a survey? be careful what you ask for!

Thanks all for reporting this number.  I was not sure who it was.  Sprint is wonderful it seems at disgruntling their customers.  Even though, of the 12-15 reps, I've talked to this week have been eager to tell me how they value their customers and really pride themselves on customer service.  I was at 2 sprint stores yesterday and the employees their got the same treatment on the phone as I "a valued customer" received.  They even commented to the rep how RUDE they were being.  No worries-I was just trying to upgrade my phone and add 1 more line.  After 3 years as a customer this should not be a problem right?  WRONG!  I'm shopping for a new company and am terminating my contract next week when everything is set up with the new company!

Sprint customer service majorly sucked before.  It has gotten a thousand times better.  I have a 6900 touch and it sucks.  Not worth the money.  The internet keeps getting disconnected so i have to take out the battery literally 10x a day to reset it.  The touch screen is not the easiest to scroll with.  The iphone is still years ahead of HTC.  You can record video but you can not e-mail it to someone because,according to customer service,it is not capable of doing so.  GPS also is not available right now even though there is an icon in it.  It is also NOT an MP3 player.  Your music has to be payed through the sprint store online so if you don't hace internet,tough!  My phone often freezes also.  Overall it's not worth the $$ so i would wait for the Instinct to come out.  HTC is just not worth it.  I also agree Sprint charges for EVERY SINGLE THING!!  You have to add on so much stuff to get a deal.  It does add up.

866-542-6911 has been calling me for about 4 days now i never answered until today. it was from sprints survey dept- apparently if you call customer service for any issues with your phone they will call you for a 3 min survey.

I have received three calls from this number in the last two days, but have not answered the call, since I did not recognize the number and the caller has not left a message.  I believe the caller needs to get a real job!

I will never sign with Sprint again, they are a horrible company. I saw on the news a few weeks ago that they were rated one of the top ten (actually I think they were #3) most hated companies by their own customers. The customer service is pathetic, and I have had nothing but problems with them ever since I started....giving me a free service I never asked for, then adding a charge for it to my monthly bill, snuck in the detail pages...harassing me at all hours with text messages...rude and ineffectual customer service reps...
Also, last week I paid my bill online and within minutes my credit card number was hacked and used for a $1,100 flight to Saudi Arabia. Needless to say VISA fixed it but when I called Sprint they claimed that their site could not have been hacked, even though I never have used my card online for anything else and the Sprint site was the ONLY SITE with my auth code...they wouldn't even take a fraud report
NOW they are again harassing me via auto dial customer service calls- FU sprint! I am counting the days til my contract is up
