    I've had Sprint for 5 years and love them. The trick is to call and speak to the "cancelation" dept. if you have a problem. They will do ANYTHING to keep you. At one point I had 7 free months just by complaining and threatni8ng to cancel

    Get calls all the time from this number. They will not say anything or nor will they leave a message. So they way that I look at it, it was not important, and if it's that important they will call back.

    I just received a call from that number and after reviewing the posts, I called and it was Sprint. It was an automated call wanting to rate the service I had just recently called in for. The rating is from 1-5 and most of mine were 2's. I can't receive but one bar signal strength but can drive about 150 yards on flat plain and get 4 bars and they said I have to live with that. Don't think so. Alltel which I am looking into will guarantee better. No nothing about Alltel but what the heck..........Sprint isn't doing me any good.

    I got this call today at 9:06 AM.  It's aggravating because other than them, I only get important calls on this phone(ones I might get out of the shower to answer).  I hope it doesn't keep happening.  I also got some annoying messages on my Verizon phone after my contract was up.  They would call nonstop telling me I needed to upgrade my phone (and re-up my contract).  Personally I don't mind the occasional text message or email (or even a voicemail as long as my phone doesn't ring) but making my phone ring to ask some stupid questions is ridiculous.  Plus they need to offer something if they are going to solicit feedback (like a $5.00 credit  or free ringtones for a month).

    No message left, called the # back, pressed 1 for english and was asked to press 1 to take part in a 3 minute customer service survey with no minutes being used to do so....who in their right mind would sit for a 3 minute phone survey?!

    Wow.  You people keep complaining about customer service, but what is the best way for a company to improve customer service? By getting information from the customers directly. Not in the "right mind" to take a THREE MINUTE survey? That's just lazy, it probably took you more than THREE MINUTES to write the above post! Stupid.

    sprint has stepped it up and they are really trying to better themselves, with the new CEO on board things are looking up, they have an awesome everything plan for $99 that beats its competitors and they came out with the instinct which is better than the iphone, their EVDO coverage is so much better than at&t's...one time it took me 20 minutes to look up hockey stats on an iphone, when the instinct is so much faster.

    Got a call from this number on my cell.  Wasn't near the phone at the time, no message, looked it up here...go figure its Sprint.  Good thing I wasn't there to answer it cuz I had spent 30 minutes on the phone with their very unhelpful and "all-knowing " customer service.  I also am getting rid of them when my contract is up.  Had them for 7 years with no problems, now all the sudden my bill is totally screwed up and they are trying to tell me I'm way behind, depending on which rep I talk to.  Don't think anyone has a clue over there.  Web site amount due and paper bill amount due are always different...and wrong.

    i got a call from this number after i called sprint to fix a mistake i made on my phone when i was drunk. i took of unlimited text which the other on my phone uses a lot like 700 plus test a month. sprint not only took off the charges which were my fault in the first place but then credited my account 80 bucks for the trouble ive been with sprint for 5 years and never have had a problem. just answer the survey if you get through it you can give props to the csr or try to get his/her [***] fired if he/she pissed you off . and on top of that b4 all this they had upgraded me to the new instinct even though i just used my 2year upgrade to get the mogul 2 months b4
