I have one credit that pays through auto pmt every month.  There is no reason they should be harassing me like this & I can't figure out how to stop them from calling.

I do not have any Citi cards. I have never had any Citi cards. Why is this number calling me repeatedly??

keep calling about 6-8 times a day very annoying, just a recording telling you to call another number

I literally had just set up my new phone and had the same # call 5,6 times a day. Just call them back and press 0. If it doesn't register the 1st time press 0 again. I got a rep almost immediately. They were looking for someone names Ruiz. I told them i had no idea who that was and he said he would put in a request to have my # taken off the list. Lets see if it works. It seems these #s are recycled quite frequently (one of the first calls I got was from a little girl asking for 'daddy'! I have no kids nor does my husband!)

They call me the same times everyday. They also wake me up every morning.

This number doesns't give up ...its anoying and no company or personal name or what they want leaves no message.

Have been receiving calls from this number of four weeks, at all times of the day. Says to call Citibank and have my account number handy. Don't have an account! Please stop the calls.

this number has been calling EVERY day for 2 1/2 months.  sometimes there is no sound, and sometimes there is a man's recorded voice saying call another 800 number with the numbers of my city card account.  I do not have one, and if I did why would you give a number to a company who already has it.

This number belongs to Shell Citcard and is used to alert customers of their late fee.

You must work for this good-for-nothing scam company. They are leeches and frauds. If they were ligitimate, you wouldn't have all these complaints. Get a life already.

they called our home phone all day all night

Very annoying - call all thru the day and nite. I called CITI and they do not know what this number is.

Just got a call from this number. Trying to get you to sign up for credit cards.

This number was calling me 4 times a day and I never answered since I was always at work. I looked up the number online, and it looks like it belongs to Citi debt collection. I've never banked through Citi before, and I had nothing strange on my credit report stating a debt to Citi, so I e-mailed them and asked if there was a way to validate the debt (which they are legally supposed to do in writing) or if there was a mailing address that I could write a certified letter to. I got a response stating that they had put me on their do-not-call list. About 3-4 days later, the calls suddenly stopped.

Calls all day long regarding citi card. How do I get it to stop?
