Call every day numerous times, as mentioned in posted comments this company is the bottom of bottom feeders in the DC business. They can only obtain aged debts in excess of SOL. Do not even speak to them, provide no information as they have no legal rights against you

I have often wondered how they can look at themselves in the mirror each day. Check out their main page on the web site, what a photo of their lead man. That pretty much sums up the company and their wrongful business style.

Dead beats, losers and GOD has a place for them. In the mean time Mr. Main Page Leader, enjoy your BQ ribs. I would love to witness you in church on Sunday and how you attempt to pretend to be the person you think you are. Get a real job - you are a crook, liar and the scum of the earth. Hope your grandchildren get to know you for the person you really are. That should make you a happy Grandfather!!

If they harass people who keep their information confidential, then they are not legit at all.  These terrorists need to be reported to the FBI!

They told you they are a debt collector and have a nice little script that sounds convincing.  And you fell for it.

DO NOT give them any info at all.

This number called my place of business.  When I answered "Good Morning <name of business>" an automated voice responded with "GOODBYE".  

The caller ID simply says TOLL FREE NUMBER & 888-379-4884.

I'm guessing this is what they're calling about from me because I have no bad debts on my credit, but when I was younger I made a few stupid choices.

DO NOT talk to them, do NOT give them any information.  This WILL renew your debt, and the collections will start all over again.  Once something goes into collection, you're screwed.  

I worked TWO JOBS to pay my debt off at the ripe age of 21, and since they were in collections, they were never reported to the original creditors.  Learn from my mistakes and pay the original creditor directly--NEVER pay a collection agency.

I just called this number back since they incessantly call, I was asked to verify my SS# buy the first woman and when I refused to give that info she became rude and told me I had to.(Trudy being her name) So I hung up called again, and a second woman didn't ask any info gave me all this information as to. Then when I began to argue with her she got very loud and started saying she had every right, SO I hung up on her.I then called again, and got a male who asked why I was calling and I said because someone keeps calling me from this number and then he asked for my phone number ? are these companies incompetent in there training ? None of the people gave names, except rude Trudy and there was no inconsistency when it came to doing there jobs ? WTF

They have broken many FDCPA laws. I have it recorded. They may be company, but it doesn't make them right if they continually violate the law. Sounds like maybe you work for them?
I suggest everyone file a complaint with their attorney or their States Attorney generals office or with the FCC.

They still continue to call and waster their time. As stated a few months, they are the bottom feeders of the DC business. I am certain they make enough to have their rib diners a few times a week, but they will never succeed as a small business.

They have no code of ethics and certainly cross the line. The AG's of the world will catch up to them. Their fearless leader is a spin off from NCO (two racks for him please).

In close, I am willing to bet they had to remove their mirrors at home as they would have a very hard time looking in to them. Honestly in life is often hard to learn for some people, these morons fit that mold.

Record all calls, keep call rcvd log and turn over to your AG.

These people buy out old debts that have been written off and deemed uncollectable by another debt collector. They then harrass you until you answer and once you do and give them anything, that starts the debt again. They've been doing this to me for years, no blemishes on my credit reports as then I would have cause to sue them. They are true bottom feeders looking for an easy buck by cathing the people off guard and feeding them a line of bull.

This stupid company has been calling nearly every day for a year now!!! I work nights so I'm not awake when they call. They don't say anything when my machine picks up the call, they just hang up!! I looked up the company name & they appear to be a collection agency of some sort. My credit record is perfect & has been for years. How can I stop these harrassing, annoying, intrusive calls?????

The last call I received from Ron Jackson - ALW Sources was from Robert Myers regarding a debt call. The number was 888-379-4884, a message left on my recorder March 1, 2010.

Now I am being plagued by calls and messages from 866-854-2010 and 866-851-2010 several times a week.  What is going on?  They don't identify the company.  Just leave a case number and their phone number.  Calls are coming several times a week.

Here are some defensive qusetions you can ask these so-called bill collectors & telemarketers...

1) What is your full name?

2) What's the name of your Company?

3) What's your Co.'s phone number?

4) Do you have a DoNotCall (DNC) list?

5) Please put this number on it!

6) Will you Co. keep my number on that DNC list?

7) Do you have a written policy for the DNC list?

8) Will you send me a copy of it?

9) Can you make sure you won't call me again?


Legally, they have to comply to all demands, if not
You can SUE them even when told NOT to call before 6am or after 9pm.

The go to small claims court and file a claim...
this will stop them in their tracks!
