This number rang me several times during the day last week, must have been on autodial, did not ever leave any message so assumed not important and never answered the calls.  They haven´t tried again so far.

this number has called four times today but noone there luckily i put the code in google and saw all the other messages so now know it is not important call

I have been having these calls for last 2 weeks I had an answer phone message saying by law they have to inform you of the call but didn't say who it was. That made me curious I called back but it rings back an 0845 number! And that's just an answer phone saying you were called today by homeserve we will try to call again. What a con !!

Home service are a load of gangsters who employ uneducated ignorant people at minimum pay they should be banned from the phone system and taxed out of business

I used to work for the company and i was not on minium wage, i was earning after tax depending on the month between £1600-2000, also my basic was £16,250.

Had this number calling me 5 times today....

I keep getting calls from this number, which according to your website appears to be Homeserve, but they never leave any message and I wish they would stop !!

Homeserve keep repeatedly calling me for no apparent reason.  Some calls hang up early just as you reach the phone, rather annoyingly.  Day after day I hae been repeatedly disturbed by this company.
When you dial back you get a message which just says they wiull ring you back later.  Its a neverending loop of fruitless effort and rahter frustrating it becomes so annpoying and disruptive to one's day.

FOR HOME SERVE READ RUBBISH! YOU DONT NEED IT.  LETS CONTINUE THE CAMPAIGN TO REMOVE THIS RIDICULOUS FACELSS COMPANY!!!

I have used other people's information from this website with some success! This reads as follows-
I have immediately forwarded your comments to our Customer Relations Team for their attention. Should you wish to contact them directly they are available on 0800 783 0951 or by email on customerrelations@homeserve.com.

Your action should be to ring this no. 0800 783 0951 and press 1, don't press 4 it leaves you hanging on, so press 1, tell them you are going to cancel all your policies and ask them to verify those they hold on their IT system in your name. For example I have an elderly relative with cancer that needs to phone me and you don't need HomeServe calls between those that are more important to life safety!

Be persistent and very vocal towards cancelling, this will then confirm the route of companies - in my case Valiant Boiler Annual Service Contract use HomeServe Insurance. My persistence led them to immediately cancel my no. off the auto dialler system. Not within the 6 weeks they said originally - don't settle for that.

I have told them if I get just one more nuisance call from them that I will immediately cancel this policy paid through my bank (and I will do this).

Remember there are plenty of other companies out there that want your business so you can always select someone else to do the annual service or whatever you use them for.

Hope you all do the same - let's get them back by cancelling those policies particularly if it means them losing their income from us.

You people need to cheer up and get a life, especially you Gareth. How sad you are. It took longer to post on here than it would to say no thanks to the caller. Maybe if you were polite and when dailing with a company you might get somewhere.

Repeated calls, usually a missed call while I'm not at home.

Just been called by 01922, no other no's.They were wanting me to switch on my computer, as they had been told there was something wrong with it.Told them in no uncertain terms what to do .

01922,  A Mr Peter Alan who did answer the call and started asking a series of question about my computer and error reports I have been sending, they then went on to ask me to check my computer manager and tell them the error report tag numbers! I think this might be some kind of computer hacking and IP copying. As when I last spoke to them I told them I was using Linux and the call was ended abruptly.  
if you get anyone asking about your Microsoft computer don't say or tell them anything!

I've just rung Homeserve - spoke with Kuldip.  He seemed a pleasant person.  He said that they had been investigated after complaints and dropped the technique of cold calling on autodial about 2 months ago.  So "my" mystery caller/s seem to be yet another company.
I haven't rung back - 1471 only gives 01922 as a number - and have never had a voice to speak to - just silence, & the phone line blocked for a minute or 2.  I'm on Telephone Preference so wonder if the calls are from abroad.
"Call Ready" - 08000141414-  sells this service.to businesses, saying that "your customers will think this is a local call so will be more willing to buy from you".  No, it won't!

got a call from 01922 no other number on phone but it has happened twice today already and no on there at the other end when answered. the call then cut off. I did 1471 and only the area code came up.

I too have had at least 3 calls today - each time I've answered there is jsut silence: when I do 1471 I get simply 01922. This is  SO irritating.

A word of warning, you will have a job to get any satisfaction, but at least they are paying for the call.

It is an automated dialling system, if that's of any interest.

Pay BT for caller id - to prevent withheld numberd

However they are now ringing from numbers which state " not possible"
