- pierroHad a call much the same as everyone else from this number (01234765093) An Asian sounding guy (No offence meant) asking to speak to me by name. He then started telling me I had problems with my computer etc. I let him ramble on a while then I told him I had a problem and he asked what it was:I said I didn't have a computer!. He immediately hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Baffooooooooooon.
- Caller: PC someone or another.
- Call type: Prank
- ForTheWinGot one of these calls. Just silence, before the other side hung up. It's so annoying! it makes you wonder why people do this. Have they no better things to do?! I know I do.

- Michael| 3 repliesJust received a call from an Asian lady telling me that I had a virus on my computer (which I haven't)
They did however know my name even though I am ex-directory.
Can you put a stop to these idiot people? - kateAs above - this is the second time they have called. I hung up immediately.
- PhilkoI had same caller although I didn't bother answering, checked on here to see who called. All these complaints about the same number - so why is it still in operation??! Really annoying. Technology should be able to source and disconnect the call.
- RuthGot a call from this number today but they just hung up
- cheekypinkI have 5 calls from these people in as many days finally told him today to go and F*** himself and never call me again and he asked me then when would be a suitable time to call back.
They say they are phoning on behalf of Microsoft and my computer has a virus or it is broken- Caller: PC Research
- KenThey've been phoning us every day (sometimes twice a day) for the past week. And despite us telling them not to phone again, they always do.
They want to get access to my computer by asking to switch it on. Now when they phone my wife answers it and shouts down the phone at them.
I have heard that if you blow a loud whistle down the phone it will temporary hurt their ears, so I might just try that next time.- Caller: 01234765093

- AnwarJust got call from this number, they knew my name although I am ex-directory. Yes they were Asian ( I am Asian too), and were asking me to do something which I have been doing from last 10 years i.e. open event viewer and look for errors, the guy while speaking was asking me the same thing again and again, and it appeared that he just wanted to spend some time with me on call so that he can find something on my computer rather than helping me out for viruses. When I started asking some technical questions, he handed over the phone to another expert engineer who started from square one and then call disconnected.
About a month ago, my wife got a similar call and followed their instructions on computer and few weeks later someone stole my credit card details and used them to do fraud transactions. I don’t know if there is a connection between that call and credit card fraud but from my todays experience I strongly believe that this could be possible.
They definitely need to be stopped from calling people and hacking their computers. - JohnThis is a scam beware!!!
- Caller: Dont No
- FlossyThis phone number must have called me over a dozen times. I answered once last night and heard an Indian-type accent with the surname Wilson saying he was calling about my computer. I told him my phone was registered with Telephone Preference Service and that he should not have called me and I put the phone down. In spite of this they have called me twice since then but as I have caller display I did not answer but will report them to TPS.
- nearly hacked!Just had a call from this number (indian guy) saying he was from microsoft; must admit he seemed very helpful and genuine as we went through stages of viruses. He then wanted to give me a number so that a technician could get onto my pc so I got wary and told him to call back.
Hope theres no scam of soomehow charging me for the phonecall but at least he didnt get into my pc. How do I report to microsoft?- Caller: microsoft no 01234765093
