- Nan replies to Colleen| 2 repliesContact the Claims Management Regulator whose details you will find on the Ministry Of Justice website. Be quick as a couple of the AIMS companies have gone under recently thanks to their dodgy trading. Write to the woman at AIMS again and tell her what you are doing and that you will also be complaining to the Financial Ombudsman Service
- Colleen replies to NanAwww thank you very much
- RMcGinty replies to NanWhich other companies have gone into liquidation? I was only aware of AIMS International.

dont think we will ever see our money returned but will send all info to the powers that be and fingers crossed ?
YOU LIVE AND LEARN ! stay away from any company that begins with AIMS - Ex Employee replies to LitigationSorry to hear you fell for this but I think you have very little chance of getting anything back Aims Reclaim and any other Aims name including Yardstick Marketing are all cons and the same company. It is all being operated from El Rosario in Marbella. Report them to the MOJ, FSA and any other relevant people. I wish someone would report them to Watchdog ! These people are just greedy money makers taking advantage of people especially the elderly. They're SCUMBAGS !
I wish you the best of luck - Ex Employee| 15 repliesIt amazes me that no one has exposed them on BBC Watchdog yet !
