The staff who are still employed with the company , national Legal Assistance and were there when it was Minster Legal Services, I beleive are part of this big scam.\because it the staff who tell us the client that sorry there s nothing we can do about it as we are not Minster Legal Services!

It's these people who took from our money their wages knwoing that this is all a big scam and without these women/girls/men the fat cats would be nothing!

Who are these staff??names please?

Have sent "our story" to both Rip off Britain and Watchdog.  Hope lots of others will do too!

It is the Fat Cats that we are interested in at the moment! and the Sales Reps.
and we agree the scam begins with the telesales, we have pleaded with the Girls to go to the Police but they must be getting paid too much!!

Got a phone call from National  Legal Assistance which gave the impression that it was a govenment backed Company. Made an appointment and when I received the comfirmation letter it was clear that it was a Company making Cold Calls. I have now cancelled the appointment.

1. Sole Director "David Hodgson" died a couple of months ago.
2. No director? = Responsibility passes to the shareholders.
3. Said shareholders = Andrew Young & Martin Smith.
4. Said shareholders are avoiding their responsibilities and ignoring their duties.
5. All clients of Minster Legal Services should contact the shareholders to resolve any issues.
6. Said shareholders have started a new company trading as Express Law in Doncaster.
7. National Legal Assistance (formally Saga Law) is a completely different company and has nothing to do with Minster Legal Services.
8. Some of the former employees of Minster Legal Services do work for National Legal Assistance but then Gainsborough is a small town with few jobs available.
9. I am fairly sure that half of the comments on here have come from the former shareholders and their employees and therefore should be taken with a pinch of salt.
10. The shareholders have changed the address of Minster Legal Services with Companies House to deflect attention from themselves.
11. Both Andrew Young and Martin Smith have both previously been convicted of fraud offences.
12. Gerald Malcolm Barton = Not associated with Minster Legal Services.

I hope this goes some way to rectifying some of the untruths placed on this site.

Gerald Malcolm Barton is involved with Minster Legal Services. His name is on there now as a Director as of the 9th May! http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/f4371852e46 ... cprodorder?ft=1 

He had his name down on the lease at the office in Mercury House Gainsborough, the new address started for the business (85 Park Lane, Burton Waters, Lincoln) is his home address and he had his name on the web domain for their website, how can you say he is not involved with it at all?!

Are you writing on behalf of the big man himself to try and pass the buck? You can't change the facts.

1. The details were changed on companies house without the knowledge of Mr. Barton.
2. A disqualified director may not become a director of another company! The documents were obviously forged.
3. Companies house are aware of the situation and are dealing with it accordingly.

'heracles' Thankyou for your comments we are aware of these facts, we have reported all of those things on here already,  and we appreciate jobs are few and far between, but that doesn't take away the fact that Gerald Malcolm Barton has worked along side Martin Denis Smith and Jonty Trotter two of the Directors now at Express Law Ltd in a previous company called National legal Services in Sheffield a company that had also scammed 14million from innocent people, do you expect us to believe that all these men are angels, that makes them all crooks!!
Gerald is the man behind all of this, and is likely to continue starting more will writing businesses long after National Legal Services disappears aswell.
Is it true that Gerald is now the Director of Minster Legal Services company number 07222505? why is this if the company has ceased?
Say your piece what are untruths?
And are you Gerald's lacky?
Answer the questions put to you!! don't just disappear, well we know your always watching as nobody likes the truth do they?

As previously stipulated. Companies House has now informed me that they have passed the matter to their fraud department to exonerate Mr. Barton from any association with Minster Legal Services and to prove that the documentation was forged!

I am aware of the unfortunate episodes of Mr. Bartons past and they have no relevance or bearing on this current situation.

How childish? Casting aspersions on my character without any knowledge of me.

I shall not be disappearing.

Having just read through all of this i am somewhat confused.....A neighbour of mine paid for a Family Prosperity Trust a couple of weeks ago from National Legal Assistance and has just sent back the proof copy to a Mrs Joy Bell (i think her surname was Bell) - What is the problem?

He says everything seemed in order and his main objective is to protect his children's inheritance, namely his house, if he were to end up in care.

There seems to be lots of name calling going on, but what i would like to know is - what is wrong with National Legal Assistance and their Trusts, if anything. It seems like a good company and a great product/solution to me.

I await a reply with baited breath.

There does seem to be a lot of childish name calling on here but then obviously KW has very litle else to occupy their time apart from denigrate people whom they have little or no knowledge of.
