It's obvious that you don't care, do you even care about the innocent people (trying ) to make an honest living? we assume that these are the people have just recently been employed by the said companies and are totally unaware of their pasts?

The scammers and those abusing the vulnerable elderly have been identified as Minster Legal Services, National Legal Assistance, Saga Law, Saga Legal Services, Express law....

In all the childishness above it certainly confirms this and  puts one message across stay away from them all.

If you are an innocent member of the public, as I am, please do not have any business with these companies.

Contact Trading Standards immediately if you feel you have been conned and seek reputable legal advice from a solicitor.  Have your documents checked by these companies above and as for the culprits mentioned throughout this forum, they will be caught.

The threats made on this forum should also give a clear message of how un caring these people are.

As for the person immitating KW, I have no words for you! And for the real KW, whoever you are , we are grateful to you for raising this awareness and keeping this going and we are all behind you

Basically take their phone number and name and employee reference number.
Than check them out with google,CAB and whois the reg on them etc etc.
Than check some more.
A personal reccomendation from someone you know and trust personally is good too.
Forums like this are essential tbh.
And yes i know these people but just be careful and use common sense.

Be aware that there are innocent people on the inside and some are about ready to come forward.

It is amazing that yesterday there were 23 pages to this thread and now there are only 15!!!!!! A little unfair and biased...!!! I thought this was an open forum where everyone could have their say, however, it appears that if people put something that is not liked, it is removed...!

How can people make an informed decision when only one opinion is allowed on the site???

I think perhaps the whole thread should be removed instead of just sections of it!

I thought I'd do a background check when I saw the advert below for Legal Assistance Ltd. I shall NOT be applying after what I have read here lest I am implicated in some future investigation by the authorities. Targeting the elderly in this underhand fashion is immoral. The use of a yahoo address prompted me to check their validity and I am relieved that I did. I wish you all the very best of luck in getting your money back and will alert my local branch of Age UK
