Just a little something about these 'property preservation trusts'.
Have a look at what are called the 'CRAG' guidelines which are on the Department of Health's website. CRAG is an acronym for Charging for Residential Accommodation. Once you have found it, go to section 6.062, which is titled 'Deprivation of Assets' and read the next few pages.

Then ask yourself 'Why am I doing this, what is my intention behind entering into this trust?' and see if that is covered by the CRAG guidelines. Then ask yourself again if what you are intending to do is going to work.

Do you have any links to documentary evidence that supports your list of claims?:

1. Sole Director "David Hodgson" died a couple of months ago.
2. No director? = Responsibility passes to the shareholders.
3. Said shareholders = Andrew Young & Martin Smith.
4. Said shareholders are avoiding their responsibilities and ignoring their duties.
5. All clients of Minster Legal Services should contact the shareholders to resolve any issues.
6. Said shareholders have started a new company trading as Express Law in Doncaster.
7. National Legal Assistance (formally Saga Law) is a completely different company and has nothing to do with Minster Legal Services.
8. Some of the former employees of Minster Legal Services do work for National Legal Assistance but then Gainsborough is a small town with few jobs available.
9. I am fairly sure that half of the comments on here have come from the former shareholders and their employees and therefore should be taken with a pinch of salt.
10. The shareholders have changed the address of Minster Legal Services with Companies House to deflect attention from themselves.
11. Both Andrew Young and Martin Smith have both previously been convicted of fraud offences.
12. Gerald Malcolm Barton = Not associated with Minster Legal Services.

Express law tuk half of minster staff with them to the new company. Now you want to be looking at what cars they are driving! They are on upto 25.00 per hourly rate.its a joke! Yet they are slating others on here what a laugh.

A decade u say! Well the old boys doin well then if this is the case! I'd say sumbodys not quite doin there job right then hey? Maybe he is over 60 but what right do ppl av 2 put addresses and numbers on? Ppl r gettin mentioned on ere whom r just doin a job innocently tryin 2 make a living!

How many home addresses and numbers do you think Barton's had over the last decade to abuse? The tables being turned always seems to alarm the scam artists :-) If you work there, go to the police today and make a full statement. They run a witness protection scheme so you will be protected.

I'm not bothered how many homes he has had.2 b honest I don't care a great deal about any of it! Except I no who sum of these ppl r who r writin stuff and they do make me laff as to wot they are and are not sayin!!!!

Thankyou for your comments it's only c..p if your guilty! doe's that mean you have children and are worried for their safety and yours? if so go to the police they will provide protection for you, for anyone affraid to speak up this is our advice. we will always find time to do our leisurly activities, but there are more pressing issues at the moment to deal with.

That is why this site is important to so many people, they will be able to judge for themselves at the responses given as to who has taken it all out of context.
It was continued so we could get the word out to protect the Elderly and Vulnerable against these people that cold called them.

The people that call them could put a stop to it, by going to the police but they choose not to.

So we can assume by those comments that if someone was to rob your house and take all your tresured possesions all your cash and valuables you wouldn't want to know where they lived?
It's obvious that you don't care, do you even care about the innocent people (trying ) to make an honest living? we assume that these are the people have just recently been employed by the said companies and are totally unaware of their pasts?
