They act on behalf of welsh water amongst others.if you like hundreds of thousands of other people don't pay your water bills then you get a call from these.

Keep getting calls off this number up to 6-8 times a day. Voicemail is automated. Certainly don't owe anyone money. Must be scammers!!

Getting regular automated calls from Westcot asking for a particular unknown female - press 1 if it's you, press 2 if it's not. Mine is a brand new, just issued phone number so how can anyone they're after be connected with the number?

had several recorded message calls from a co called westcott - asking for a person that I do not know  - given ref no and phone no to call back - sick of these calls - if these are chasing money maybe they should check phone no's they are given before hading over money not pestering inocent people when they haven't been paid.

just moved and this firm Westcott keeps calling my NEW number with automated ansa asking for press 1 if you are James Aubry, if not press 2- WTH !!!!  Whats annoying is that a message appears at different  times of day and why should I answer to press 2 !!

This company have been harrassing my parens via phone for weeks ( I haven't lived there fore 20 odd years) Turns out an ex wife hasn't paid her bills ( from an address that I have never resided in) and she gave my parents number at the time. The company don't know their aris from their elbows!

Just had automated call from this number. No idea how they got my home number as not even my bank has this number. All I need to do is to find out how to block it

This is a most anoying caller for no reason or connection to me. Fuly automated with no way to contact them or get them to stop calling.

I've just had a call from them asking for someone who has never to my knowledge lived here. Rang them back, they led for my number and said we would be taken off their records.

Just got a call from these people when I answered my mobile there was nobody on the line how rude

They seem to be a debt collection agency. They had my name and mobile phone number which is suspicious as all my bills are paid regularly and on time so it's possible there is a scam involved. Any legitimate agency will certainly write to you! If you have no previous dealings with them and they call your mobile add them to a contact and then block it. ( I have a blocked contact called Dick currently with 20+ numbers all cold callers) next time they try to call you their call will simply be dropped :)

I have had two calls from this company too, they call me with someone else's name, and then refuse to speak to me, because I am not the named party.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was connected to 'John Beattie' who was very rude to me, and refused to stop insulting me, even after I pointed out his error.

Got a call from these West Cost Services asking about my mum (she don't speak English and she is a broad) . They asked me about her address, and in answer i asked why are they calling from? They ask again to confirm the address I said I haven`t request for a call from such company. So the guy said he will send me a letter to explain why was he contacting me.

i keep getting calls from this number 2-3 times a week and their's neve no one their so I just hang up

These idiots have phoned my landline EVERY day for the past two weeks leaving an automated message for an unknown persons name to phone them back -no doubt a premium rate number! I shall continue to delete their messages daily until they stop. I shall also put a complaint in to the ICO and register caller preference. If I get an email address for this WESTCOT I will send an email complaint telling them to P@*s OFF.
