They don't speak just hang up when I answer

Had a few calls over the past week or so.  Didnt recognise it so came on here.  Seems its either some scam about loans or as the post 1 above me says its Frederickson the debt collection agency.

Still no idea why they are calling or how they got my number, hopefully the TPS will kick in soon so I can report them.

Better still... do what I do...

Call them on their 0161 number, give them a bogus address and ask for a representative to pop round as you have fallen in the snow, you are housebound and believe you have a claim.

Tell them they have come highly recommended to you... the kettle is on and biscuits waiting

Then give them the address of the local police station!!! Love to be a fly on the wall when they turn up at the address!!!

I currently have them doing a tour of the Police Stations in the NW!

This number called me a while ago, yesterday and today.  I asked them to remove my name and number and stop calling.  He said he was from Manchester, didn't have the accent I would expect, then asked why I want my name removed!!!  I told him I don't talk to strangers about my finance especially when I'm head deep in work!  It is def a company that think they can get me money somehow.  How ridiculous.  How can we ever expect to think that these companies are out there to magically put money in our pockets!!!!!!!  Really becoming annoyed with these calls.  The woman who pointed me to this website overheard me in the supermarket telling off a cold caller.  She thought I was very stern and polite on the phone.  I don't have anything against the poor sod calling, they just want a job, I just hate the idea of the whole thing!

They call my wifes mobile and our landline,next time they call Im gonna talk for ages without giving any info and hopfully run up their bill I hope you all do same.

They have been ringing me two or three times a day for three weeks now. When I answer, there is no-one there. I have just rung Claims Advisory Group and he has taken my number off their database and given me the number of the company who gave them my number. It's Data Octopus and their number is 01619682042. I have tried ringing them but there is no-one available. I will try again next week when everything is back to normal after the holidays.

I have recieved calls from this number so many times, answered once said about PPP repayment, they keep constantly calling even though i keep sending busy sign on phone i see their number, they have just called me again, once again i gave busy tone on fone.
They are very perisistant.

I was dumb one day, answered a simular call, was busy talkin to someone in person, call rang and I answered before reading who it was..

next thing I got text after text about giving me thousands.. yeah, feck off.

I've just had this number rang me and decided to google it before I rang back - now I know to ignore it!!

right then people...! Had the same experiences as most of you above.  I rang them with my number with held and they still knew who I was as they have software that decrypts the number so they will always know who you are or what number you are calling from.

I took the agents name (probably fake!) Miss Breethi Soklemani and told her in no uncertain way that sh WILL remove my details and stop calling.  If CAG dont and continue to call me, then I will report HER and CAG to https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/contact.aspx and also the Financial Authoritys.

However, after some detective work, I found this:

The number just called my girlfriend and repeatedly does so. A quick check on companies house gives the directors details.

I keep getting calls from this number, haven't answered so far and very glad I don't have voicemail set up. I would love to know what theiving scumbag sold them my mobile number as I so rarely give it out.

We should inform watcdog and get this scum removed,fed up wiyh there calls....

Called my mobile but cut off when I answered it. No idea who it was. So many callers do that these days!

I have received a couple of calls from this number but I was at work and my girlfriend answered one of the calls. They mentioned something to her that it was about a claim but would not give any details of who they were. Just checked the website that people have linked on here and funnily enough the address is a PO Box - Not dodgy at all!!!
If they ring again I think I might have some fun and see how much I can wind them up.
