- Annoyedjust had a call on my mobile from the number 01614781190 who asked to speak to Mrs. Lewis. When I asked who was speaking, they said it was about ''a miss-sold loan'' I'd taken out 7 years ago & I was entitled to money back from it!! I DON'T THINK SO!! For a start, I wasn't Mrs Lewis 7 years ago & I've haven't had a loan! Dodgy characters. Beware my friends - beware

- user replies to terryive had 3 calls from them today and yesterday, not only to my mobile but to my landline, how do they get those numbers? this was after hanging up on them the first time!

If you are getting calls from this number try sending the following e-mail to Claire.Morrisey@Claimsadvisorygroup.co.uk (Complaints Manager) It seems to have worked for me.

Further investigation suggests that this number is registered to your company.
I am sure you are aware of Ofcom's Statement of policy on the persistent misuse of an electronic communications network or electronic communications service paragraph 1.1 as detailed below.
Should I receive any further calls from your company I will have no option other than to refer this matter to Ofcom.
1.1 Under sections 128-130 of the Communications Act 2003 (the “Act”), Ofcom is empowered to take enforcement action when it has reasonable grounds for believing that a person (either an individual or a legal entity) has persistently misused an electronic communications network or electronic communications service. A person misuses a network or service if the effect or likely effect of their behaviour is to cause unnecessary annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to another person.
